Doesn’t take cash which is illegal in Massachusetts. Reported to the Attorney General. Businesses operating in Massachusetts MUST accept cash. No exceptions.

These people have literally taken cheap 7-eleven candies, boxed them in fancy new plastic, and increased the price by 10x. Shopping here is a good consumer IQ test.

We made a special trip to go to this store. It was supposed to open at 11 but didn't open until almost 2 hours later. Selection was minimal as well.

Meredith was such a big help, I needed a last minute order for 40 cubes of sugar lips and online was going to be crazy for shipping. She put everything aside for me and helped me get exactly what I needed in time. It was a pleasant customer service experience which is so hard to come by today!

Meh.. Overpriced candy and apathetic staff. An extra star though for having an aesthetically pleasing store. The worker didn't even bother to look up from her phone or say hi. Immediate red flag for me! Regardless I wanted to try some candy before judging and oh my goodness..... the gummies that I got were so dry! You would have thought it was beef jerky. Maybe I got unlucky and got a bad box? There's a shop called truffles fine confections right across the bridge that has nicer and better priced items. The cvs works too! Hopefully you have a better experience than me though.

Literally the WORST candy I've ever had in my life and that's not even an exaggeration.Candy has one purpose...to be sweet.....these gummies have very little to no flavor or sweetness, I might as well have chewed on plastic. You are truly just paying for presentation. I wouldn't mind paying the overpriced fees for the candy IF it actually tasted like candy. I'm extremely disappointed. I was very excited for the awesome sounding flavors and excited to fulfill my sweet tooth, but I regret spending my money here, I would have been way more satisfied spending $5 for gas station candy. Save your money and get real candy, not this overpriced, plastic tasting, no flavor joke of a gummy bear. This is my review from trying 20 different flavors, I had gotten a bundle in my order, my mistake I should have gotten a tester first, but I genuinely thought it was going to be good candy.Update ; I did send them an email as requested in their reply to my google review (which they were able to respond immediately ) however no further assistance has been provided... again this company is just for show, don't waste your money here

First impressions: Small closet room size shop. Haven’t tried their candies yet. Limited selections and pricy. Only one clerk. Nobody came to assist me. Poor service. Not wasting my time and hard earned money here.

This place needs to get a new manager. The one currently there is insanely abrupt, rude, clearly hates people-- should work with inanimate objects instead. She seems unhinged, may need a day off. Her store mandates masks, but yet she has none on hand-- apparently she had them but "people like you (me) come in here without masks and I ran out". You mean people like me who follow the mandates and the science that say no masks needed for vaccinated people? Told me to go to customer service to get a mask-- how about no. If you want people to wear them then you have them on hand. Stop being lazy and get them for your customers.

Looks cute, but don't let that deceive you. Most of the candy tastes blisteringly average and some tastes like cough medicine. It costs 9 dollars for a 2''x2''x2'' box of chocolate covered almonds. All in all, it's overpriced average candy packed in a cute package. Spend your money elsewhere.

There is absolutely nothing special about these gummy bears. I bought the Moscow Mule, rose and champagne flavors, and they literally taste like $2 gas station gummy bears, except I paid $27 total LOL. The Moscow Mule literally had no taste. Definitely not worth it!

Review for its online service, bought a sweet and sparkling 9 cube bento box gift via Macy's site, but it was fulfilled by sugarfina themselves. Initially Macy's emailed back saying Backordered and asked if I want to wait or do nothing and they will cancel the order. I chose to cancel the order, then I got a message from sugarfina that they shipped it one week later..ok. why not. Then I got the holiday edition instead of the sweet and sparkling edition. Big difference! The only similar item in it is one box of champagne gummies bear. Everything else was not to my favor. I wanted peach bellini gummies and rose sparkle rose not eggnog candies and coffee martinis. Refund as I asked would have been preferred than substituting something totally different.

Take gummy candy, dress it up with clever marketing and this the result. The store is beautiful, clean looking. All gummy candy is package into fancy plastic cubes. Flavors are more upscale than your normal store bought gummy. Flavors we got include rose, champagne, peach Bellini and vanilla latte. Check the box and these say non-alcoholic. Even though some are alcohol flavored, the saleslady said the alcohol is cooked off in the cooking process. The gummy is harder than what I prefer and some of the flavors like the rose and champagne taste like regular gummy bears. The price is for the brand , not necessarily for what you get. The small cubes are ~$8 each. The larger cubes are around $25 each. However, they do have a great promos and a very good loyalty program. We were there the day after valentines and their valentine cubes were buy 3 get 2 free. In addition, they had a Presidents' Day promo - spend $30 and get a free cube which could be used in conjunction with the valentines offer (so we just had to buy 1 more cube to reach $30) In addition to that, we got a small welcome pack for joining the loyalty program and another free cube for birthday reward!

This store has so much to choose from. I loved that they had special candy for Halloween but also a ton of other options. Additionally the packaging was adorable and the woman working today was super helpful. I do agree with other reviews that it was a bit pricey but honestly it was really yummy.
