Working with Stacey Pietrowicz was so much easier than I expected it to be. She was understanding, quick to reply and transparent. Stacey got us much bigger settlements than we expected and even continued chasing down last minute medical bills that popped up several months after our settlements were closed out. That's above and beyond service and it's what you can expect from Stacey.

My husband and I lost our son and only child to a person that has since been convicted of Vehicular Homicide. We met Marianne LeBlanc just 2 weeks after our sons’ death and her compassion and kindness was amazing. After surviving a high speed car accident, life was very chaotic. I had widespread injuries and ongoing medical treatments, I didn't have a car anymore and I needed a lawyer for the first time in my life. I knew that choosing my legal representation would be an extremely important decision. I researched online and found Marianne C. LeBlanc. In our first meeting, I noticed how much she cared, how focused and organized she was and how much she understood my situation. I chose Marianne and that was one of the best decisions I've ever made.The legal proceedings for the different stages of my case took years and the professional relationship and friendship with Marianne was priceless. Marianne kept me informed through the process. There was a two-way dialogue when working together with necessary forms, paperwork, bill copies, etc. She was the best teammate I could have asked for. Knowing that my case was in good hands, I was able to focus more of my efforts on my recovery and Marianne encouraged me to do so. She was a friend throughout, always caring about my well-being. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on my way home from work in 2018. A school bus rear ended me, totaled my car, and sent me to the hospital with multiple injuries. The attorneys at Sugarman & Sugarman successfully settled the personal injury case and I am very pleased with the service I received. Matters were handled respectfully, expeditiously, and professionally. Mr. Walsh did an excellent job compiling and organizing the abundant medical bills and insurance documents I received, and he did an excellent job communicating with insurance adjustors and medical providers which took an substantial burden off of me. I did not have any experience working with lawyers before coming to Sugarman. What I did have was skepticism about lawyers in general. I was advised to be wary of all lawyers that first and foremost they are out to get your money. I was so pleased not to have this experience working with Sugarman and William Walsh. They had an opportunity to take 5% more of my settlement, but were more concerned about me walking away feeling good about the arrangement and generously gave me that 5%.I cannot recommend them enough. I am very grateful for their help in my wrongful death settlement, they were easy to communicate with and sensitive to my feelings in this challenging time after loosing my husband in a tragic car accident. I am pleased to say that my experience with Sugarman has changed my outlook on lawyers to a more trusting and positive one.
