Initial service with hospital bed was good. Now we cant even get a call back to acknowledge. After 2 or 3 emails we got a call back from someone asking questions that I already provided answers for. So sad! While patient suffers.

A friendly neighborhood pharmacy, they are great about getting in touch when there is a problem with a prescription, and great about helping to resolve it. I know the staff and they know me, and they are always friendly. It's in the center of Roslindale Village, within walking distance to our house. We've been using them for 15 years and I've never had a bad experience.

Humans helping humans without the fancy app that never works and is designed to get you to shop shop shop. I was recently forced to move from this pharmacy to a chain. Something to do with my insurance. After two months of torture. Not kidding I thought I was being pranked. I decided I’d rather pay cash than have to use chain pharmacy ever again. I’d probably rather die of illness than deal with chain pharmacy again. So what can I say, Sullivans solves problems instead of creating them. Hope you never have to deal with the chains I went to. The situation is getting worse as they try and monopolize the business. I saw about 20 pharmacist working like their life depends on it but no one could help me do anything, I mean anything. Like just find my account using my name or prescription number or birthdate. In the end I had to call someone at the insurance company to get one of my scripts covered. The others prescriptions they wanted to charge me for after I moved them from Sullivans so I didn’t have to pay. Sullivans has been around way longer than I was born (ancient history)and I don’t believe they have any other locations. If I’m paying, I’m paying Sullivans so I called the doctor and had him reverse all the changes back and then they gave me the refill at Sullivans and said the insurance covered it anyway. they must be doing something right at Sullivans. So don’t fall for it if you get told to move your scripts it’s a scam that will end up costing you more in time and stress. But it’s always worth making the call just in case and especially if paying cash is not an option.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. David showed up at noon at the dot. They checked out the situation and set the bed up in time. My brother is recovering from a very difficult situation medically and it’s so nice knowing he’s a little more comfortable. Thank you Sullivan Pharmacy!

EXTREMELY rude staff. I swore I would never use them again for ordering my patient’s DME, but I had no other options and gave them another shot. Guess what? Extremely rude again. I had a very simple question which was met with attitude and hostility right off the bat. You can screw up orders and be nice, or be rude but competent. Sullivan’s staff are both rude and incompetent 100% of the time.

Absolutely terrible! People answering have attitude every time Order needed medical supplies. Told they would be there in 3 business days. 10 days later I call back. Not aware of any orders 3rd time this has happened in 4 months. Zero stars

Would not do business with them again. Rude and untrained customer service, and my mother is still waiting for her slide board 4 months later. Returning the equipment she has and going elsewhere.

Terrible service, pickup supposed to be Friday, they never came, I called, oh we never had you on the schedule, we'll pick it up tomorrow, they never came again. I called Monday morning, they said it was scheduled, same deal 12 to 7 pm, couldn't tell me what happened, offered no apology. I even talked to the manager, she was the worst, talked so fast, I couldn't understand a word she was saying, never explained what happened, never apologized!! The only reason they got one star is they delivered very quickly.

We rented a knee scooter for my son almost 3 years ago and have asked for them to pick it up five times. Three years later, they continue to bill us for far more than the value of the scooter (which was ragged & used when we received it). They still have not picked it up… I have reported them to my insurance company for fraud.

I'm very frustrated I have been trying to get my wheelchair fixed since the first week of July it is now Aug 8th 2023 the guy comes to my house today and fixes the breaks on the chair that's not even what's wrong with it the wheels are caving in I need a new chair so I have a few dr appointments that are very important I tell the guy last month that had my daughter FaceTime him to show him what's wrong with the chair he says don't worry ma'am I'll have someone out there at 2pm Monday the guy never showed up said he was here said he called but he never did neither one this is the worse place ever the girl I spoke to was so beyond rude if you can't work with the public I think maybe you should find another job I'm going to put in a complaint with my insurance company and see what they say to do hopefully I can use another pharmacy so beyond angry thank you Sullivan's for making me spend half the summer in the house have a wonderful night God bless you ppl need it

Just to say Sullivan's is a wonderful place to get your medical equipment. I had a complete hip replacement and was having problems with my doctor's office sending the prescriptions over.Not only did they intervene and call the doctor's office to make sure that the prescriptions were faxed over properly they kept making sure it was done till they had them, and I have a big shout-out for Rachel who took care of all of this, this young lady is completely on top of her professionalism the way she speaks, has a big ?heart for all of her patients, and wants to make sure things are done properly God bless??️ you Rachel I send all my love? keep going young LADY you work well, we need more young people like you in these companies to speak as well as you dot and take care of business.???.

The staff is completely unprofessional. They are not helpful and they have an attitude. They delivered to the wrong address and gave me a hard time about it when I called to figure out what happened. They lack training and they are unorganized. If you have an option you to get your supplies elsewhere, do!

My Dad was on hospice care. Hospice care arranged equipment with this company. There was a problem with delivery (late). The mattress cover for the bed had a large rip in it. There were other deliveries made later in the week which were on time however my father passed on a Sunday night before a Monday holiday. We called them to pick up the equipment on Tuesday and Wednesday and Friday and again on Monday. We had to call a total of 13 times to pick up their equipment. They lied and said they had come out on Friday and no one answered the doorbell. The bell goes to my Dad's phone. There is no record of the buzzer. Then they lied and said they came out today and took a picture of the door. I asked them to send me the picture they took. They said it was just a wooden door. However the unit numbers are on the doors. Then they said they called my number.....no record of the call on my end. Then I asked for the supervisor for the final call. She was rude and when she was told that they had poor business practices we were told that that was just our opinion. I don't leave bad reviews but it seems that it is not only our opinion but others as well.

Back in December 2021, I notified my primary care provider that I would greatly benefit if I had s lightweight portable wheelchair. The process was started, and because I am on Medicare, the required info was faxed to them and the quantity of required forms were immense. Each time file were faxed to them it was still dragging on. I called today and had I allowed the person that took my call to blow me off as he tried several times to do, I'd have no answers to anything. Be insisting he check further, then he came back saying the forms had come back and he would find someone to make application to Medicare. Now I'm told it could take 17 -21 days until they will possibly have an answer as to when I'll get a wheelchair. If I hadn't called I'm sure nothing would have been done. This type of Company should not be an authorized Durable Medical Equiptment supplier.
