Roupen is awesome! He set a pair of loose lab grown diamonds for me quickly and was very up front about cost and different options.
Just be sure to call or text ahead of time - they work primarily by appointment.

5 Stars simply does not do a justice to how confidently I would recommend Roupen to any friend, family or stranger. We first visited Roupen for an engagement ring consultation and he quickly became much more than our jeweler. We now consider him a friend after 4 pieces of jewelry that he made perfectly. He custom built an engagement ring, two wedding rings and a necklace for my wife. Not only does he enjoy the company of every customer, he truly puts his heart into each piece of jewelry. If you want subpar jewelry please go elsewhere - Roupen never settles for less than perfection. I cannot wait for the next piece he creates for me. We’ve already referred him to my sister in law and many more to come! Roupen will always have a referral from my wife and I!

With a recommendation from a recently married friend who had also been to Superior Diamond Setting for their rings, we happily set up a meeting with Roupen to start our own ring process. The entire appointment was so lovely, and it was clear that he cared about helping us create our ideal engagement rings. My partner and I both had our own styles and questions about practicality, and Roupen listened intently and provided us wonderful advice as he guided us to the eventual results, which we could not be more grateful for. We strongly recommend any prospective couple to visit Roupen!!

Long overdue review, but felt the need to shout from the rooftops how fantastic the experience of working with Roupen was. I can not thank Roupen enough for all of the amazing work that he did.There are 3 main things that really made the experience of working with Roupen stand out:1. Support: Beyond just the basics of explaining the 5 Cs and about different types of engagement rings, Roupen helped us create a truly special engagement ring. He was there to explain the implications of different design decisions and included me in the entire process - explaining what I should be looking at in the CAD design and ensuring that everything was perfect.2. Transparency: One of the hardest parts of buying an engagement ring for me was not knowing if I was overpaying for any part of the process. Roupen was incredible in walking me through the entire process, explaining the component costs of the diamonds, materials, and design. Roupen was always cognizant of the budget that we talked about at the very beginning of the process and how we can make the most beautiful ring within that budget. This meant that by the time I decided to buy the ring, I was very confident in my purchase. Roupen is transparent by nature and excited to explain the process such that I knew exactly what I was getting and why.3. Trust: More than anything, the best part of working with Roupen was that I could confidently trust him. He was always available to answer questions via text and incredibly supportive when we made the decisions about diamonds and actually handing off the ring. Roupen always made the experience exciting and never missed an opportunity to hype me up about how much my wife was going to love the ring (he was 100% correct). For such a big purchase decision like finding a jeweler for an engagement ring it can be very daunting, but being able to so quickly trust someone made the entire process enjoyable!I was truly surprised about how positive of an experience it is to work with Roupen and recommend to anyone and everyone to visit Roupen and understand his process and approach. I had such a great experience with the engagement ring buying that there was no question in my mind when we asked Roupen to make our wedding bands.
