This is the worst bridal store ever. First of all, I understand how things are different now due to COVID but that is not an excuse to treat customers badly. I have been trying to contact this lady for weeks and she is never in the store. I finally get a hold of her and express that I would like to come in and look at dresses and she said she only comes in for appointments, so I made an appointment. I was running a little late to my appointment so I tried to give a courtesy call to let her know I was running late, but no one answers the phone. I get there 5 minutes past my appointment time and NO ONE IS THERE. There is a sign with a another number on the door so I call it and no one answers. I waited 20 minutes outside of the store and no one shows up. Worse customer service EVER. It’s hard to support small businesses when they don’t provide adequate customer service. I will never again return to this place or recommend anyone to go here. I wish I could give no stars.

Worst experience I have had to endure especially from a store that considers it's self s bridal store because if you can't even exchange a dress for me to a size that fits what's the use. I don't want a refund I just want a dress in a bigger size that's it.
