I was in an accident and Susi Auto Body went above and beyond on the repairs and communication. I cannot say enough about the amazing service I received. I dealt mostly with Rob and Tony Susi and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! My car came back looking better than ever, they even cleaned the inside that was full of yellow lab fur ?? 10/5 ⭐️ Thank you!!!!

Such an amazing experience. I arrived to Susi’s frantic and overwhelmed. I was assisted quickly and staff were friendly. Tony D. did an exceptional job with my car. Very quick turn around and I felt at ease knowing that my car was well taken care of. I would highly recommend going here!

Susi auto body is the best auto body shop! When my car was complete I couldn’t believe how great of a job they did. The workers are very nice and helpful and have great communication skills. I highly recommend Susi auto body! ????

When you arrive at that place of professional scammers, they receive you wonderfully while they scam your insurance. Once they received the first payment, they force another supplement payment for your insurance after they receive the all payments, they don't want to deal with costumers anymore!! Staff members are very rude including the manager, Anthony. I don't ever recommend this place to anyone!!
Take a good look at your car before taking it out of that place, inside and out. Because once they receive their money from your insurance and they deliver your car to you, there is no longer any guarantee from them for the client. I had a bad experience in that place for trusting and not seeing my vehicle before taking it out. Thanks and blessings.

Tony and his staff were great. Tony was very professional as well as very helpful when it came to my vehicle. Everything was resolved and the repairs were quicker than I expected. I came to Tony a couple times before and as usual the service was great.

I recently had my BMW repaired at Susi Auto Body after an accident, and I couldn’t be more impressed with them- from the customer service to the repairs; 10/10 recommend! The entire team provided exceptional service from start to finish. My car looked brand new when I picked it up—it was meticulously detailed inside and out. Susi Auto Body went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any body work you need done.
