Jimmy was very welcoming ! The customer service was amazing from start to finish, which I find is very rare anywhere, anymore ! The staff was professional, polite and friendly. The quality of work was excellent ! The staff went above and beyond !

After my accident in October, I was honestly overwhelmed. My car was badly damaged, I was under serious time pressure, and both my insurance company and lienholder kept going back and forth. It felt like no one was truly trying to help—except Susi Autobody.
I dropped my car off on October 1st and desperately needed it back by the 3rd. Almost every other shop told me it would take 5–7 days. Sushi Autobody didn’t just understand my situation—they showed up for me. They worked incredibly hard and fixed my car within 24 hours, something I honestly didn’t think was possible.
Even though the overall process took time, they kept helping me again and again, guided me through everything, and even provided a car so I wouldn’t be stranded. That kind of care and humanity is rare.
I’ll never forget how much they helped me during a really stressful moment in my life. Truly grateful. Highly, highly recommended.

My car got hit in a grocery store parking lot while I was shopping and I had scratches all along the passenger side. I spoke with Anthony who walked me through how severe the damage was and how the insurance claim had to be filed. My car came out looking great and out of pocket costs were a lot less than I expected. Susi saved me a lot of headaches. Highly recommend using them.

Have had the privilege of going to Susi for years for any auto body needs and the service and staff have been phenomenal each time. Couldn’t ask for a better price or experience.

Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days but these guys are the real deal and no longer need to keep searching. Unmatched customer service, no BS/funny business with trying to “fix” additional items. Car was in and out within a few days. Thank you to Tony and his team!

I had not been in accident in years, but being from Milton I had always heard this company was the place to go for any auto body damage. The office manager (I think) Anthony couldn’t have been more pleasant. Everything was done in a timely fashion. My car was towed to the lot on a Tuesday afternoon and I had my car ready for pick up on Friday morning. I am lucky to have only had to go to an auto body once before, but there it took over 2 weeks. Seems like a very good operation.

Tony at Susi Auto Body is the kind of guy you hope your dad runs into when something goes wrong with a car. He took great care of my dad, explained everything clearly, and treated him with patience and respect—no talking over him, no upselling nonsense, just honest help and solid work.
My dad left feeling confident, relieved, and oddly cheerful for someone dealing with car repairs—which tells you everything you need to know. Tony is professional, trustworthy, and clearly knows his stuff. If you want your car (or your parents) in good hands, Tony is your guy.
Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if my dad could adopt him. 🚗👏
