All the negative comments must be due to old staff that no longer work at this location, because I had nothing but a positive experience. Swarovski has always impressed me with their high standards of how they treat customers, and my most recent visit really confirmed that for me. Rude staffs! Horrible experience!! I won't go there anymore, I prefer to purchase from different brands rather than going to that store and dealing with a nasty person as a cashier! She was training a new cashier (they don't have customer service manner) and was transferring the same nasty orders to her! She was insulting me and thankfully I have all the conversations recorded!

Employees were incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming to the point where I regretted my entire purchase at the store today. No one welcomed us when we entered and ignored us the entire time we were browsing even though there were 4 employees on deck. When the man behind us entered, one of the women at the front counter immediately greeted him and began telling him about special deals. No idea why we weren't given the same treatment. When I made my purchase, the box for the necklace came ripped???? I was so tempted to just return my entire purchase before I even left the Prudential. Do NOT come here.

Today went to buy a bracelet for my mom birthday, and there were three bracelets next each other and the price they had in front of them is $79. I liked the price, and when I wanted to pay, the cashier told me the price is $129. And when I told them, how is the price $129 and the one in front of the bracelet is $79? they apologized and told me that the price is only $79 for the other two bracelets. by the way, they were not organizing. It looks like, it’s planed!!

Received a Swarovski watch as a gift. Wanted to ex change the item for another item or store credit. I have been on the phone with customer service 4 times, and visited two different stores multiple times for this return, and the company is now telling me I've missed my window for returns or exchanges, and there's nothing they can do - it's just a system issue. This is absurd. The Swarovski team has been leading me through the exchange/return process. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication internally. Overall would not recommend Swarovski for anyone - friend or otherwise.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Came in to ask for help on ring sizing with the intention of buying a second ring and also asking for resizing service. They refused because the ring was made elsewhere. Definitely not going to use them for resizing or for any future purchases. I get the policy of not working on another company's rings, but the customer service was just. Will go to any other jeweler from now on.

I am a long time customer and member of the Swarovski "Club" at times too. I recently purchased theses earrings: "ATTRACT TRILOGY ROUND PIERCED EARRINGS, WHITE, RHODIUM PLATED" I was VERY disappointed to see they are beyond TINY ! Also, when I purchased them online , I was unable to complete my order unless I selected MR or MRS. I am neither. I am MISS yet forced to do this TWICE or my order would not go through. Not cool / Not appreciated.

Great customer service. I love their pieces and the staff is super friendly. Their items come with a one year warranty but I've never had an issue with their products.
