Subject: Unpleasant Experience at T-Mobile Store - Seeking ResolutionsI recently visited the T-Mobile store located at 1493 Dorchester ave, Dorchester, MA 02122. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had during my visit.On December 5 2023 at approximately 5h30 Pm, I visited the store with the intention of redeeming the T-Mobile holiday glass through the T-Mobile Tuesday app, following the successful redemption of my offer. However, I encountered a discrepancy in the information provided by a customer service representative at the store.The representative informed me that I needed to purchase T-Mobile home internet to qualify for the free cup, contrary to the terms outlined in the T-Mobile Tuesday app. I was surprised and disappointed by this information, especially considering the attached picture I took at the store clearly shows the promotion details.I believe this discrepancy in information is misleading and does not align with the terms presented in the T-Mobile Tuesday app. I value T-Mobile as my service provider, and I trust that such inconsistencies are not representative of your company's usual standards.I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and an explanation for the misinformation provided at the Dorchester store. Additionally, I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, whether it be receiving the promised item or clarification on the eligibility criteria.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Went in to pay a prepaid bill and upgrade plan for the ensuing month (it was the last day of the billing month), and they adjusted my plan for the current month (literally 6 hours remaining in the month) and refused to correct their mistake. The associate never once asked, "So you want to pay a $40 adjustment on your plan, which will last no more than 6 hours?" Their explanation is that bills shouldn't be paid ahead of time, insinuating their inability to manage their system and correct their mistakes. Pathetic

First red flag was when i presented My New York State ID the lady said it wasn’t a US state issued id . And how US stand for Massachusetts clearly she doesn’t know anything . They scammed me into putting a down payment instead of a trade in because they said myPhone wasn’t payed off , I went into another store in Mattapan square and they said my phone was payed off and I even double checked . I called customer service and they said in fact my SIM card iemi code says payed off . These people here don’t know what they’re doing . I knew Walking in here the first time i was Being targeted because of my race . Even though there are Latin people , some Latin people hate black people . I hope to get in contact with the district manager . I’m thankful for T-Mobile customer service for helping me . This place needs a new team because this is bad look on T-Mobile. I’ve been with the company for years and always recommend them to others . Im disappointed i had This encounter

Came to replace my lost device. After I got a new one I found out that my plan was changed to one of the most expensive even I didn't ask for it. I used to pay 50, now I got a bill for 104. Will return later and demand at least canceling this bill. I don't need all these benefits for travellers and stuff, I don't travel because I'm poor!

As a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years, this is the first time I've ever encountered deceptive practices with this company. My current experience at T-Mobile was deceptive and dishonest. I purchased in iPhone 13 Pro to upgrade my iPhone 12 256G because I was informed if my phone burns out I wouldn't be able to get it fixed or upgraded. I found out after my visit that I have apple care. So I took the advice of Nicky (Asst. manager) and decided to upgrade iPhone 13 Pro 128G. I trusted that Omaro, Nicky and Josh were helping me get into a better phone since I was experiencing a lot of trouble with my the iPhone 12; such as over heating. But instead the reps gave me a lower grade version and traded my 256G for the fraction of the price and to half of the storage of my original phone. Also, I was charged for an adaptor that I didn't ask for. Because of the amount of storage I was sold I am unable to use my phone. The selling techniques used at this T-Mobile store is deceptive and dishonest. The players of this scam were Josh (Store Manager), Nicky (Asst. Manager) and Omaro (Sales Rep).I WANT MY MONEY AND PHONE BACK!!!!!!!!!Also, the store ambience is very loud with inappropriate music playing. It felt more like a club than a place of business.

Bought a new phone and got a new sim card, although the deal I got was bad, I still was excited. I found out that the internet was not working, I came back, and the only answer I got was "call 611", "yeah, call 611". I am very sensitive to customer service. They seemed to be decent people with worst customer service. My professional suggestion for them is to stop dancing to the background music while dealing with customers and at least pretend they are helping although they are not. Folks, you buy stuff and you leave, but if you have a trouble, don't expect professional help because they are not professionals. Sorry for being honest!!!

Went here to do an upgrade and added a line a couple days ago and it was the worst costumer service ever experienced, the wait time was ridiculous and after we left the store my phone was unable to make calls! When I went back to the store they did not want to help they told me to call costumer service. On my t mobile application I noticed they put things on my account that I did not authorized!! I went to the store to speak to the manager and she was very rude. They are uneducated !! I am going to contact the business bureau for FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A BETTER BUSINESS ? they need to train there employees and managers how to do correct business and treat their costumers Better!!!
