The Customer service is great. Security guard greeted us and welcomed us. sister and I came for the Starbucks we also saw that they have Pizza Hut pizzas for 7.25 personal pizza pepperoni or cheese. The cashier was really informative about the specials and how I can get rewarded on saving by using App. Overall today was a great day at this target location

This place is absolutely horrendous! From the workers, to the availability of the products, to the fiends in the parking lot leaning on your car when you come out.Their website will show there's items in stock and 90% of the time they are not there. Why? Because the thieving ass fiends steal everything off of the shelves. To the point where security is following everyone around because they think everyone is stealing NOT TO MENTION THINGS BEING LOCKED UP like Fort Knox The workers act like you're bothering them by asking if something is possibly in the back because the shelves are BARE! It's like they don't even put things out because they fear it being stolen I heard a manager (thick white woman with short bob haircut with highlights say) "we can't put out too much expensive stuff" & it's just like I get it but what about the paying customers ?Why do we have to keep asking for things and get attitudes when doing so Vivian was the nicest person I've encountered here. I believe it was in the produce section Do not go here unless you HAVE to. And even then you may want to confirm they have the items

This Target outlet is super busy, thanks to its location in an inner-city shopping plaza located along a major highway. When I stopped by recently, at the height of the holiday shopping rush, things looked somewhat trashed inside, not just as far as giftable items were concerned, but also for everyday clothes, toiletries, and groceries. Some health and beauty items, in fact, were inside locked display cases while they wouldn't be secured in more suburban locations. Still, there's the breadth that you'd expect of most Target outlets. Just note that the smarmy stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Target Corporate and do not reflect this specific location - a violation of Yelp rules.

They recently added locks to every personal item!! You cannot access deodorant, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes or Advil without an employee. They are still short staffed and do not show up for more than 5-10 minutes. If you are planning back to school shopping soon, just go to Watertown or Boston to get your personal items!

More of a 1.5 stars but I am feeling generous because they had the item I wanted, and it was sold out in Watertown and Fenway. Went in around 8:30 on a Sunday morning, I am pretty sure the last time I was at any of the South Bay stores Target wasn't even here. An eclectic bunch of people outside when I parked right by the door, 5 guys looking a bit shady all huddled together and showing something from someone's pocket (probably nothing from that morning's early church service) and one couple eyeing me suspiciously while furiously smoking cigarettes and screaming at each other. Honestly, I felt badly for anyone who lives nearby and this is their only option. What was really frustrating INSIDE was that I couldn't find a single cart! I saw many being used by employees to stock groceries and do shopping for online shoppers, but after I loaded up two heavy baskets I gave up looking for more things I needed and just did the self-checkout and left. The store really does seem recently remodeled and was decently stocked (except for the cosmetics/beauty area), but I won't return to this one

Worst Target I've ever been to and I've been to A LOT all over the US. Don't expect any customer service at this store. Don't expect this store to be nice to customers. Perhaps they have a very challenging clientele and that's why they don't value customers. I'd rather go to Walmart than this Target which says a lot!

This is my first time in Boston and I needed to pick up a few things. I came to this location at South Bay center and was extremely disappointed. The cashier that rang me up was not friendly at all. No customer skills . Will not come back here. I'll just stick to the location close to my hotel.

DON'T CONSIGN WITH SKINNERS! I consigned a Viola that somehow got swapped out for a lesser viola and they tried to pass it off as mine in their auction. Not only did it not look like my viola, this piece had a label, and it was a cheap Strad. Copy. I dealt with Adam Tober, Skinners "Expert". I made an appointment with Tober for the July 14th 2021 to bring these items in to consign to Skinners musical Instrument Dept. Tober had viewed the items I brought in, He had written down the lots and asked me " which of these items do think is the most valuable?" An odd question at best..... I told him the bows and the American Violin are decent but the viola is nice. After seeing the paperwork on the consignment control form I questioned his estimate on the viola as it being very low and he said this was a formality and that he would need to look at it closer and adjust it at a later date. Tober's vibe was uncomfortable to me and him asking me that question was very odd and I felt uneasy as I left items with him. I wanted to give Tober , not ever meeting him before, and Skinners the benefit of the doubt and left the items in they're care. After receiving a "day of auction" notification of the auction with a list of my items coming up for auction it was obvious that my Viola was swapped out for a much lesser and very cheap viola, whether this was done on purpose or a simple mistake is questionable. After alerting them of this mistake I have been treaded with a lack of interest in my "loss" of items and an indifference to them ever getting this resolved. After many emails to Adam Tober and Karen Keane (president of Skinners) with little to no action and many phone calls always being sent directly to voice. My next action is to go legal and very public.

I live a lot closer to this target than another one I typically go to and really only come here as a last resort. It's unorganized, crowded with people, is usually low stock on everything, and generally just an unpleasant experience. More like a Walmart than a Target.

This review is strictly for the drive up option. The experience was absolutely seamless.. just be mindful that if you don't want bags you do need to tell them once they arrive at your car. I wish there were an option for that in the app. General notes about this location: there tends to have a lengthy line, sometimes it moves quickly, others times it simply doesn't. The restroom is religiously filthy. Customer service is hit or miss -- they're either really informed and helpful or they seem very unsure of their responses (sometimes it appears to be due to a lack of experience, other times it appears to be due to a lack of interest). Great location - the plaza setup is easy and this is accessible via public transit.

I went to this target and saw how it is a mess inside they do not know how to keep its store clean. There are not a lot of people working in this store and not many people go shopping in there it was the weekend where it is always busy with shoppers. People here like coming to this target store. It's no wonder this target is screw no one wants to work here or shop here not a lot of people are interested in working at this target. Because the employees here are not good at their jobs or know how to help the customers in what they need. So don't go to this target it's a bad store.

People rag on this Target but I think it's pretty good considering its location in a dense, busy city. It could improve in a few areas identified by others (organization, cleanliness, overall friendliness of hourly employees) but I think some of these are difficult to fully address in a store like this. I once had an issue with a coupon and the Service Leader, Quadarrell, was super helpful. I'd like to point out that their drive-up ordering is AMAZING. I've done curbside pickup from a # of stores and Target has by far the most flawless system.

Tried applying an manufacturer coupon to a frozen food item at self-checkout but the register starting blinking a light to signal assistance - the employee supervising self-checkout had to get a manager. The manager stated that for some reason it was impossible to apply the coupon to get the item for free...ended up taking the red line 1 stop over to Broadway and went to the South End WFM. The coupon worked over there and I was finally able to receive my item...Target is a f****** useless hassle...
