I had an issue with a purchase and to be honest expected to be told it wasn’t their problem. However the staff were out standing, they listened to my complaint and helped me out. Fantastic customer service

I’ve never seen a target the size of a cvs. Pretty cool but they don’t have everything full size stores have.

The target is alright. Customer service here isn’t the best went to go ask a question and before I could even open my mouth I was told “I don’t speak Spanish” mind you I speak perfect English. 😂.

Very little stock compared to other Targets. You probably won’t find what you’re looking for.

The location is great since it's in Rozzie. However, the main issue is that many staff members are often seen standing around, following specific customers up and down the aisles without offering assistance or even a greeting. This establishment needs to focus more on training for customer service rather than on theft prevention.

This is my local Target, and I must say, this location has changed drastically over the past couple of years—especially the front end. It doesn’t seem efficient to have one team member run self-checkout, guest services, and online pickups. It is not right for the team member either. Hire more people and pay your workers accordingly!

This Target is great because it is very close to the area that I live. They have a great selection of items. One thing that I’m concerned is that one of the workers is very rude and everytime I walk in it looks like he wants to fight me. It is very uncomfortable. Otherwise I would give it more stars. What do I do if this keeps happening?

Been calling the store for 30 minutes straight trying to get a hold of someone, ANYONE to ask a simple question and no one answers the phone in any of the departments. Literally no one, it rings and then hands up cause no one answers. Absolutely Ridiculous. What's the point of having a phone if literally no one ever answers it?
