As an international student, I do not recommend to open a bank account at this institution as they make it almost impossible to close your bank account and will continue to run you fees even though you have told them to close it before leaving the country.

I’ve been waiting since 7 months for Td bank to give me the 200 dollars offer I was promised. The old gentleman who worked here open my account wrong and I’ve not receive the money I was promise. TD bank is scamming customers in order to get checking account open. I would like my 200 dollars that was promise me months ago. I have filed a complaint with BBB to assist me with the matter.

Not good. I would have to leave this bank that was because since around 2020 every time when used the ATM machine, there always a little mark under the screen like "not welcome person", "stranger", or some like that.Felt so uncomfortable that this bank might get issue out there and as customers, we won't be able to know.People who opened bank accounts with them may want to know more and make decisions to either take the money out for minimum working with them or leave there for best experiences.Horrible...

Customer service agent mailed my checks to an address I haven't lived at in years. My new address was already in the TD system but she failed to confirm that information when she submitted the order. If i hadn't put tracking on my checks, my money would have been completely stolen from me and possibly my identity. My account was compromised, and the fraud dept suggested I close it. I had no access to my money until I ran to a TD branch on my lunch break and opened a brand new account. Very reckless mistake which almost cost me my livelihood.

What's going on with this specific branch and it's manager. Does TD bank take anyone off the street for a leadership role? This is by far my worst experience.I came into the bank to wire funds for major purchase. I specifically asked for an individual but unfortunately the individual was unavailable.The manager, by the way reeking of cheap perfume and very tight clothing, quite unprofessional in my opinion - this is a bank, not a club, proceeded to assist me.The individual I initially asked for help came and what transpired left me with a sour taste. The manager was condescending to her subordinate and it made me quite uncomfortable. Though it may have been her subordinate's first opportunity to perform a wire, this is an excellent lesson to go through the steps.Instead, the manager belittled her subordinate and I subsequently left and performed the wire transfer at another bank.Good leaders possess self-awareness, garner credibility, focus on relationship-building, have a bias for action, exhibit humility, empower others, stay authentic, present themselves as constant and consistent, become role models and are fully present. The manager at this branch does not possess any of these attributes. Thus, I will be closing my account and informing my colleagues of such a sour experience. I don't tolerate bullying, neither should TD.

Horrible experience with customer service. I had a simple question and they were judging my transactions on my credit card. Not professional. I am very upset.

I’m very disappointed with TD bank services provided. I made deposit on TD Bank’s ATM amount $185.00 -and ATM read the check $85. 00 I left to see if they will send to me back the check and fix the correctly amount. So, after 14 days I receive my statements with amount $85.00. Afterwards, I went to branch in Quincy at 476 Southwest Artery and the manager told their ATM is from third party and they Will make dispute. After my client checked with her bank the check amount $185.00 was disconnected $85. In afternoon I received notifications from TD bank’s app alert fraud my debit- and they added error from ATM as fraud. Then, next day I went to the branch one manger who spoke with me opened her computer and showed the computer’s screen the payment was paid by fraud department and I told the lady there are misunderstanding and it wasn’t fraud and it was error on ATM. Also, I told your bank doesn’t need to pay me and just need to cancel the ATM dispute. But now I called TD bank and added my account on alerting. T D - - I never used my debit from TD bank only my credit from Bank of America it is weird.

Some weird girl by the name of Murcia flirting with my boyfriend right under my nose. I didn't mind because he is very handsome but what I did mind was her asking for his personal information as we were leaving. What's his name? None of your business. Please fire this type of behavior and breach of privacy is not tolerable especially for a telling manager

The TD Bank corporation is a major funder of fossil-fuel projects that increase the risks of Climate Change/Climate Chaos.The projects include pipelines to transport fossil-fuels, e.g., "Line 3" through which tar sands-derived petroleum will flow. In Minnesota, the construction of Line 3 is opposed by Native Americans who want to protect their land and water.Please do not use TD Bank until they stop funding fossil-fuel projects.ThanksSteve J

Horrible, horrible customer service! No tellers ever working and long lines! Can't make simple deposits or anything else for that matter because you can't park outside without getting a parking ticket. Funny, funny bank. Please stay away from the Boylston st branch it's the worst

I was given bad information from a nearby souvenir shop that TD Bank sold stamps. When I asked the teller she laughed in my face saying, "We don't sell stamps! Ha, what do you think we are?" She gestures around, "Do we look like we have stamps?!". She tells me where the nearest post office is and I walk off.This was the most unprofessional one minute conversation I've had with a bank teller.
