I lost my debit card on the way to South Station from North Station. I had less than an hour to get to my nearest TD Bank and get a new one before my bus to New York started boarding. I was greeted immediately upon entering and shortly after Andrew was helping me with the process of printing a new card, after verifying my identity and card status. I was soon on my way and am now writing this review from the line to board the bus.Thank you so much Andrew!

So Tommy and Derrick were really thorough and really helpful to me with my needs with utilizing TD Bank and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service experience with sulfur filling a store rely on them for a lot of services and needs of mine and I don’t live in the area

Went here to dispute fraudulent charges on my card. Employee was polite, printed me a new card and assured me it would be resolved within seven to ten business days. Called customer service a week later to check on status, never even filed.. top notch.

TD Bank must improve their training procedures. Staff at the Franklin Street location has very limited knowledge of how to open accounts. Both the rep and the manager gave out incorrect information on procedures. I've had to visit two other branches to rectify the issues. EDIT: I have since closed all accounts and withdrawn most of my money (they cannot find last deposit I made, and are now conducting a search to find the missing funds). Nice interior design, and friendly tellers, but the lack of experience of the reps makes for a disappointing bank. TD Bank is definitely not America's most convenient. Avoid at all costs.
