Went in to open an account and accompanying credit card, staff were friendly, after document check things were moving. When one steps in in mornings there is one employee but when needed the others came in.Overall, a pleasant experience

TD Bank is a Canadian Bank that funds/finances fossil-fuel projects that increase greenhouse gases and accelerate climate chaos. Consider not using TD until they drop fossil-fuels. Steve J

Was making a withdrawal, the supervisor made me wait 15 minutes for an override. Didn't apologize or even look at me when she finally made it over. Terrible service.

Today I entered the bank at 10:05 a.m. to renew a CD. A young woman behind the counter (and the only employee in sight) was having a social chat with a woman on the customer side of the counter in Spanish. I stood patiently and waited, assuming the conversation would end so she could wait on me.

Went in to have a document notarized and you would think I was asking for their first born. After 15 minutes of waiting on someone else, Millie came over with her sour puss and was very rude, unpleasant and totally incompetent. I mean she was really quite d**** I always thought TD prided themselves on being customer friendly but apparently this is no longer the case. Management really needs to look at this awful, incompetent Millie person and let her go before she infects other employees.

I stood patiently and waited, assuming the conversation would end so she could wait on me. I waited and waited for 3-4 minutes and they just went on and on.... So I turned around and walked out. She should be fired as of today. Where does TD Bank find these people? And why is there no supervision? Oh wait....I know....that costs money. So sad.

I chose TD because they can print a card for you at the branch. If you do not live near a branch DO NOT SIGN up for this bank. This is not a bank that cares about customer satisfaction. Calling customer service, there is consistently about at least a 20 minute wait to just an agent on the line. web support is supposed to respond within 24hrs this also never happens. They have no support for international travel and often do not even fulfill requests even when you get a hold of them. To give an example of the kind of service you are dealing with - I asked for a new debit card to be expedited, I called a week later only to find that it wasn't mailed. Go to bank America, go to chase, go to capital one and save yourself a lot of frustration.

I cannot thank Alexandra and team enough for their services today. We are closing on a house tomorrow and went in to get a certified bank check for the down payment. Unfortunately, a manager was needed to sign on this type of check and all of the managers in the Boston TD branches were out at a training today. Alexandra was quick to come up with a solution and ensure that we received the check on time. Aside from solving a tough business problem in a short period of time, the team at this branch was fun, relatable and an all around joy to work with. Thanks for being such a convenient and hardworking bunch!
