This branch, as all TD Bank branches I have experienced are useful, pleasant, skilled & trusted.

Very helpful and courteous when my daughter's purse was stolen. They helped us get back to where we needed to be. As a result, I'm opening up another count with them this week.

I did not listen to the reviews and now I am paying the price.I came here to open an account to cash a Treasurer's check. They said it would take a couple days and my slip says I would receive the entirety of the amount in three days. This was the first lie.I deposited the check on Wednesday. Thursday night, my online banking went down with a notice to call the fraud department. The fraud department said there was an issue with the check. Call my bank.I called my bank next day and was told to call the fraud department since they are the ones holding the check. I called the fraud department and they told me that I needed to go INTO the bank with a photo ID. I called my branch and they said they had no idea what the fraud department was talking about and that the fraud department needed to verify the check with the bank.Ok.I called the Fraud department with the bank information so they could contact them. Given another back and forth. And on the third day, was told that the funds would be released to me on the 7th business day of when I deposited!IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WOULD HAVE JUST MADE THE HOUR TRIP TO DEPOSIT MY FUNDS INTO MY CREDIT UNION.Jim the Manager I spoke with, thinks the slips on the receipt say 7- 10 business days, so he has no idea what is even written on the papers he works with.Lies on top of lies.Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. This company even discussed me with someone who called in who's information is NOWHERE on my account.Beware of this bank. ESPECIALLY this branch.

TD bank does not value potential candidates for the job openings they post. I was informed by a source that a person claiming to be a TD recruiter by the name of "Amanda Rogers" out of the Springfield/Chicopee, MA office(s) - made an agreement to call a candidate for a phone interview at a specific time. They never called the candidate nor contacted them since to apologize for their absence. It would be understandable if they were late or had to reschedule, but "Amanda Rogers" never responded to the candidate. After hearing about this experience, it solidified my decision to go with another bank to do my business with. It's a shame as I was looking for a new bank to handle my mortgage and business loan needs. I'll be conveying the same information to my extended network to never do business with them.I would never recommend TD bank as they apparently support unprofessional practices within their organization . I would not be surprised if such values extend to the customers they serve.

Honestly a great bank. Wonderful customer service (Toby always helpful and looking fresh with the fade). Highly recommended, especially if you are a Canadian looking to spend some time in Boston and need a bank.

This was the closest TD Bank to where I live, I had seen poor reviews before going so I did not know what to expect. I walked in and was immediately greeted, and then seated with teller Ishmell. I only came to get a new card, but the time I spent there was fast yet informative. Ishmell was able to answer all the questions I had in a professional and polite matter. The workers in this location were friendly and I'm glad to have had the experience that I did.

Terrible branch. Apparently if they tell you they don’t need certain information for a wire transfer, it’s your job to correct them and teach them the ways of their own system.

The people who work at the branch are clueless. They never have an answer for my questions.I have a Premier account with this bank, and use it as my main bank and maintain a pretty good balance, but I always have to see a clueless junior employee when I walk in. It’s very disappointing. If they want my business, they have to try a little harder...

The branch employees are always great but deposited checks literally take forever to clear because of terrible internal risk policies.

Wow where to start! I recently moved back i to boston from a small town and have been banking with TD for years as has my entire family. I have to say the first interactions with the people there were great. Everyone was nice, helpful, and wanted to go the extra step to be helpful and make my experience a good one. However my last stop and interaction has unfortunately outweighed anything I could have experienced. I met with a teller named Jhon who was unbelievably rude from the get go. I cant emphasize his attitude and downright abusive comments. I raised a question to him about an error in my banking statements which he claimed was my responsibility to look out for not his??? I cant even fathom the levels of aggression he had towards me for a question. As I'm writing this hours later I am still genuinely puzzled at what transpired. It only got worse. The longer the interaction was the more hateful and aggressive he got with me. This man is not for the service industry and I told him to close my accounts where he then tried charging me fee on fee with closing the account. Because of him I am so turned off with doing business here at all. Rude, intolerant, and unethical business. He claimed to be in charge of the entire location, among other things. Please beware of any handlings by this man.

It took 4 visits for the clueless tellers to stop reassuring me that the currency I ordered will be ready to pickup and actually tell me that they had sent it back a while ago. I was there just yesterday, did they reorder it? No, but they reassured me it would be there for pickup today. I came back today, "We don't carry it." After I was visibly upset is when they called around other td banks to see if they had any. 1 has less than half of what I needed to survive my first month for my year abroad. I'm closing my account.
