I recently moved to Boston and TD bank has been amazing and so fast in helping me open bank accounts and get my credit card. Ashleigh Baron, the assistant store manager at TD bank at Commonwealth Avenue, Allston, has been so informative and helpful in helping me. She is patient and explains everything so clearly and professionally. After the awful experience I had with Bank of America (I was new in Boston and first went there, big mistake), I went to TD bank and I wish I had gone there at the very start. I highly recommend this bank and this branch, because they are very helpful and I am very happy with the customer service I have been receiving. Thank you.

The ladies at this location are incredibly unpleasant and seems like they do not want to be there. This is not a one off situation. It’s everytime.
The location is the only convenient thing. Horrible staff and poor customer service.

Great service. Free notary public. Tony Jackson a financial advisor working at this branch of TD Bank can notarize your papers for free. Saved me $20 compared to UPS store where I was going for this and decided to check if service is available at TD Bank. You don't even need to have an account there to get a free notary public service.

This bank helped me get scammed by explicitly giving me false confidence in a bank check. When I came back the next day after losing thousands of dollars the management told me very politely to get lost. Banks like this are destroying our country. Use a local credit Union.

This place is the worst bank in the word. PLEASE AVOID! I have tried to do a wire transfer which I have been doing for years, and they lost my money. The money is nowhere to be found and I complained to them several times but nothing has been achieved. Don’t come here

Recently someone went into the Brighton branch asked for a debit card to my account and received one I talked to probably 10 different people over 3 weeks no one could help me they had no interest in investigating who this was they were rude they didn't care that it happened they were of no help both of the managers whom I talked to at the Brighton Branch seemed to be clueless. Almost as if something like this has never happened. Personally this is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with in my 51 years
