Awful service. Racist especially the manager even tho she is latin. They give such hard time for only change even if you have an account. Would never come back here. They make you feel very uncomfortable.

I’ve gone there Wednesday Thursday and Friday. All I needed was a new card. I’ve waited my whole lunch break each time just for them to tell me it’s not working. There’s no sign saying it’s not working or anything. Customer service was terrible. The teller was not paying attention and let two people go ahead of me. I didn’t say anything because they were elderly but this is the worse service I’ve ever got at a bank. And I work at a bank.

Most of the people there are helpful. There’s this one guy there who refuses to be helpful so be on the lookout for that. Again most of the ladies there are great with issues, this one man however is reluctant to be of assistance.He might be allergic to being useful.
