I am extremely pleased with having gone in recently. I have been in the market for a new car and have been test driving cars for a few weeks.First off, scheduling a demo with Tesla was so easy online. I was already very impressed by that. I could pick a time that worked for my busy schedule, upload my driver's license and even watch some tutorials to get acquainted with the car. Even more impressive was downloading the Tesla app and learning about all the vast things it offers.This showroom is located on one of the busiest streets in Boston but honestly, I parked just fine using metered street parking and if you come prepared it should be just fine. Put 2 hours on your meter in case you stay to talk a while like I did!When I walked in, I was nicely greeted and immediately struck up a conversation with one of their representatives named Aaron.Aaron was a rockstar. He knew the cars so well and asked me questions to help me understand where I was. He helped me prioritize what my needs and wants were and was super motivated to get me the best deal based off of what they had for inventory.I then took a break to actually test drive a Model 3. It was stunningly impressive from the ground up. Most notable was the quickness of the accelerator and the tug you feel on it. Super exhilarating. Also extremely notable were the Tech aspects. I never fathomed how much went into it. From the full driving autopilot to all the car options being on screen. I even learned that you can prime your car for optimal charging if you set up a charging station as your destination. This decreases how long it will take to charge when you finally get there.Upon returning, I found Aaron again who helped me understand the potential differences in financing versus leasing, informed me about best practices for wheel maintenance, and helped me understand how to earn the federal tax credit.He even open and honestly helped me consider my top gas car pick and wasn't overly pushy about going electric at all. What he really did was inspire me to make going electric possible for me.After all was said and done, I decided to go for a Tesla Model 3 Performance. I am extremely happy I showed up and it all just seemed so right. I am super excited to become a Tesla driver and certainly have a completely new opinion and outlook on the company as a whole. Now it's your turn to hop on!P.S. Also got to snag a peek at the upcoming Cybertruck. Incredibly futuristic.

I had been shopping for a car for a while before I went to the Tesla showroom in Boston. I was waiting for another car and after months of waiting, I was not sure if that car would arrive or not. This year had been the worst time to shop for a car, but I needed one. Stuck without many options, I decided to go to the Tesla showroom and ask how long would it take to get a car. I met Connor there, who was very helpful and receptive. To my surprise, I was told that it would only take a month or two to get a Tesla. This is a big improvement over the 6-12 month wait (or even longer) for other dealerships.Connor has been giving nothing but excellent customer service. He invited me to come in and take a look at the vehicle, as well take one out for a test drive. I was leaning towards a Model Y, so I went into the showroom to retrieve it for my test drive. As I had recalled my experience sitting in my friend's Tesla, driving a Tesla myself this time had renewed my enthusiasm and excitement for it again. To me, the Model Y was an upgrade from the Model 3. Since the Model Y sits higher, you have a better field of view. The cargo area is also bigger and you are able to put down the seats for additional cargo space. Everything in the car feels very premium, especially the screen and the technology behind it. You can even watch Youtube while you are charging.I tested out the Self-Driving feature on a wide stretch of highway where there was relatively less traffic. It worked out great, just as my friend had shown me. It was able to check for cars before changing lanes and it always kept a safe distance from other cars. Driving it myself, I think one of the only things that I didn't quite get used to yet is the one pedal drive/regenerative braking. You basically can drive with just the accelerator pedal because as soon as you let go of it, the car will slow down drastically, and the battery charges from the regenerative braking. In order to stop even faster if you ever needed to, then you press on the brake pedal.If you are in the New England area and you are looking to shop for a Tesla, be sure to stop by the Boston showroom. You will be able to sit in a vehicle to get a feel of it. And you are interested in purchasing one, be sure to sign up for a test drive first. And make sure you seek out Connor because he did a great job following up with me and he was very well-versed if you have any questions about the car itself. Above and beyond customer service!

Jokers. Only come here if you want to look at the different models, but don’t order through them. They promise something and then are completely unavailable when they send you only 2 options to pick up your car that you previously told them don’t work for you. Fighting to keep the $250 reservation fee after that. For such a premium product I would expect at least medium service level…. This is the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.

I was low balled on my trade in and it was VERY far from what either other dealerships or even online sources would buy it for. Insulting to say the least... how they think they can just get away with that and how many poor people have traded in their car to next to nothing.Customer service is very poor.

Awesome service, interior and exterior was so fancy and when you use the blinker it shows you teslacam to make sure you're clear.

We made an appointment for Sunday morning at 11:00am, driving in from two states away. We waited outside the store which should have opened at 11am, but the showroom doors remained locked and no sales representative was there. After calling multiple times we were not able to talk to a representative and wasted money on a parking ticket which should have been validated. Highly dissatisfied, would not recommend making an appointment online.

Staff was very friendly, but didn't talk to much about the cars. Nothing for sale only except the cars, no merch.

I walked in yesterday at around 5pm to inquire about leasing/buying a car, and curious about the federal tax credit, and I was treated so poorly. There was only one other customer in the store and yet this guy was extremely rude suggesting I cant afford their car and bragging about his model s. Any question I asked was met by very snarky comments.I don't remember their names but they were extremely unprofessional and rude I don't recommend anyone go there unless you want to be berated.I never leave reviews for anything but felt that I needed to for this experience.Im now reconsidering if I even want to get one at this point.

I don’t how such a basic detail, your team is not taking care of.Different working Hours posted in Tesla website, Google Maps and different hours when store representative answered my call.Even while talking he disconnected the call. Don’t know how good you guys guide in the purchase of Tesla. I feel like to purchase other brand vehicles, since other stores might be in a same manner.Faced on: 2/6/2023

Walk in with family, stand around for a few min waiting for a rep to attend us. When I ask if there are any sales rep, the answer I get is ..."we are all busy answering messages... "I think a simple please give us a min and we will be right with you would suffice... but the attitude needs to change in dealing with customers.. if you are not a people person work elsewhere....I had questions about solar panell/energy and right before walking out the store one of the sales rep walked up to us to try to help us...Please train people in intrapersonal communication skills.... very important foe business....Please take this feedback as a learing experience to help future customers..I gave ait a 1 star for poor service and attitude twd customers.. I give it 5 start for their cars... I have 2.
