They don't maintain their posted hours, so always call first. There isn't so much a waiting room as there is a waiting hall. Everything is hidden behind the scenes (walled off), which doesn't portray a sense of confidence. In a nutshell, they seem sketchy and are inconsistent.

Took my dog Curtis there for the first time for grooming, and they did a great job! My dog is a big boy at 125lbs and he was not nervous at all leaving. They did a great job at his bath and nails

Beware! Stole my client list and business plans and are still using no tax Id. Contacted "owner" with no reposes. Bad business practices.
