We've statyed at Four Seasons a lot, but are starting to love the Langham just as much. It was very very nice, impeccable service, lovely view, nice restaurant. Everything was just so, and the in room robe and towels were best in class. The concierge batted 1.000 setting us up with great restaurants nearby, making the reservations, and in one case a complimentary car service to take us there

Spent our baby-moon here and it was lovely. The staff were so friendly, everyone made us feel at home. The hotel was well kept and we loved the seasonal flowers and nods to pink decor. The food at the restaurant and bar were delicious and the service was great! Can't say one bad thing about this hotel. In fact, thank you for making our trip so special!!Rooms: Clean and spacious rooms with all of the amenities you need. Turndown service by staff was very good as well. They always made the room look clean and welcoming.Walkability: Perfect location, walking distance to all of Boston's sites.

I’ve stayed at other Langham properties and have loved them so I was excited for this hotel.Pros: Incredible staff throughout the hotel from the moment I arrived to the time I checked out. The front desk and restaurants are staffed with the best of the best. The rooms are updated and clean.Cons: As someone who enjoys sleeping in while out of town, I found the noise from doors slamming to loud housekeeping an annoyance—starting at 6 AM on the weekend which is unacceptable. In addition, I’ve never been to a five star hotel with a plastic shower floor—it cheapens the stay.

Thank you for the excellent customer service I received from Joselyn at The Langham! I needed to work out some things with my reservation and she was kind, courteous, and patient as she found our booking. Thank you Langham for making us feel like valued customers!

Upon entering, you are greeted by Paddington Bear, preparing you for the European charm. The rooms are furnished with an old england charm. The warmth felt upon entering continues to the huge and extreme comforts of the bed.The club affords you a moment to sit back and relax with others or alone as you grab a drink, snack, or light meal.If you want to work off the extra cookie or variety of, there is both a fitness center.I was impressed by the equipment to allow those wheelchair bound to be included in enjoying the 3 or 4 foot pool.I say all this because my first visit came with a few challenges. I was asked to give the hotel another chance. I was offered a comp upgrade only. The rate was more than reasonable, especially if you use points. Amex offers so many extras if booked through them.Rooms: Warm, comfortable, and elegant.Walkability: The first public transit is within walking distance. China Town, North End and Boston Common are steps away.

Best experience! From the doorman, to the front desk representative, I immediately felt welcomed and at home. The rooms, and service provided throughout my stay was outstanding. The restaurants on property are excellent, and top notch service provided. The next time I’m in Boston; the only place I’ll be staying at is the Langham. Excellent location.

My husband and I travel all over the world enjoying all levels of hotels. But our experience at the Langham in Boston on Franklin Street was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences we have ever had in so many ways. The Langham was recommended by our American Express since it is one of their luxury hotels giving extra amenities. The added amenities were great: $84 per day for a delicious full gourmet breakfast served in the exquisite remodeled Federal Reserve Bank vault. On top of that $125 for our stay for any other food and beverage. They upgraded our room as well. And even free shoe shine! The price for the room was excellent. Great gym complete with enough equipment for all guests and every type. Beautiful and clean atmosphere of the gym. Location was exceptional: central to Boston Commons, North End and Seaport. The hotel itself was a Federal Reserve Bank that was remodeled in 2019. So the architecture of the hotel was beautiful from the 1920’s but the rooms were completely renovated, fresh and new with great special touches. The employees are amazing, friendly, and always so helpful. Sean Muldoon the concierge who lives in Boston gave us an itinerary to sightsee that was perfect for both a good weather day and a rainy cold day. Mason organized our Sunday Football at a beautiful restaurant in the Seaport. Catherine our waitress was so attentive to us and during breakfast gave us a complete history of the inside of the hotel and restaurant and how it was renovated from the Federal Reserve. Sean gave us a tour of the hotel showing us all the amazing architectural rooms. You just don’t get that kind of special service any longer and it was so refreshing to get those old fashioned devoted and loyal employees who go out of their way to make your stay so special. So a big thank you to Langham for an incredible stay in Boston. We will be back for our future stay in Boston.Rooms: Newly renovated, upgraded and extremely clean. Really nice touches, including free shoe shines.Walkability: Central to North End, Boston Commons and Seaport.Food & drinks: Gourmet breakfast with great service in a beautiful atmosphere.

Wish I could give more than five stars. We came for a mini bachelorette & 30th birthday staycation. They upgraded us to a suite (with two floors, living room, beautiful bathrooms), sent champagne and cupcakes with a handwritten note, the works! Their amenities are so luxurious - the pool and sauna are so lovely. Cannot recommend enough!!! And I’d be remiss not to mention the staff. They know the expectation and continuously exceeded! Absolutely will be back.
