The Wilbur is a historic venue that blends charm with a sense of community. While it may not be a modern, polished space, its aged character adds to the overall experience. The theater is known for hosting a variety of performances, from concerts to comedy shows, creating an electric atmosphere that resonates with audiences. Seating can be a mixed experience; some areas have awkward arrangements, leading to discomfort for some guests. However, many appreciate the close proximity to the stage, offering good views regardless of where one sits. The ambiance at The Wilbur fosters a connection between performers and the audience, making attendees feel like part of a family gathering. Visitors enjoy the warmth and history of the venue, often leaving with lasting memories and smiles. While some suggest improvements, like additional screens for better visibility, the overall appeal lies in its unique character and the laughter that fills the space. For those seeking a venue rich in history and soul, The Wilbur is a cherished destination.
It was a great show, but they crammed an insane amount of tables so it was pretty uncomfortable. I spent most of the show either looking over my shoulder or just plain not watching since the alternative was to disturb everyone around me to spin my chair around to face the stage.

I thought it was great. It's an historical theater so it's aged but they've updated where they can. I saw nate Jackson with my wife. Seats were great.
