I am leaving this bad review because I bought new tires from them. They promised free alignment, which is a complete lie. They changed my tires, but when they did the alignment, they told me they couldn't do it because they needed to change some parts, which was a lie. The parts were in condition to be aligned, but they didn't want to do it. They sent me to change those parts to be able to align it. I went to Akiki and they were able to do it for me without any problem. The worst thing is that they didn't even reduce the price for not doing the alignment that was supposed to be included. I leave photos of the parts that according to them had to be changed

My favorite tire shop!! Always excellent and fast service. They have the absolute best used tires!! Almost new!! And they have the best prices always.
There are 5 or 6 tire shops less than half a mile away. And they all charge $10 to $20 more for their services. Trust me when I tell you this is the only place to go!!

So I’ve been dealing with this place since they opened I’d rather deal with the Spanish lady that’s the manager other than the guy. The guy is a scammer. He charges more for air in my tires which they usually do for free because they know I’m returning customer but today just really picked the nerve with me. I called Friday inquired about four brand new tires. They told me it would be $500 125 each tire so today I went in to pay and the guy is telling me 660 he’s always charging more so he can keep the extra money to me That’s very unprofessional and that’s how you lose customers. I’m gonna think about coming twice even though I live 30 seconds away Honestly I’ll think twice about recommending this place. Mind you I always recommended this place because it always came in clutch for me. I’m an honest customer and I asked what size did he have cheap cheaper he said nothing. He didn’t even offer to order anything for me so there you go customer loss mind you I drive an expensive car if you know you And I’ve been reading through all these reviews and I just wanna say if you’re gonna respond as a manager take responsibility.
This is a reply today January 27, 2025 replying to the owners response three hours ago everything you said was a lie but anyways like I said, I’ll take my business elsewhere and you can keep whining your reviews. Have a good day Learn to take responsibility when you run a business I’m not broke another reason you’re lying. There was nothing offered to me but either way you get no money from me over here or anyone I know.

After getting a flat on my large dump truck, I discovered this shop near my worksite. The team provided immediate, attentive service, quickly identifying and installing a high-quality tire within 30 minutes. The pricing was excellent, and the management was courteous throughout. Overall, an outstanding experience—highly recommended.

I called to get tires. They said they had the tires. I drive 45 minutes there and they said they sold them then offered more expensive tires. They were rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time with these scammers

Never been to this place before but decided try it out. Soon as I pulled in the employee was greeted me, very pleasant. The employee asked another rep to help. It was misty outside & the rep was smoking a cigarette, I thought he didn’t want to help but he turned out to be nice after all. He listened and showed me the issues and allowed me to write the notes down after asking him to repeat himself. The tire rep was very helpful, both employees made sure I understood before letting me go. Thank you for the help!!!

Got tires on 4/20 got a flat the next day and had to get a new tire. They don't even go by the 30 day replacement. Was told that they need the tire if I have a receipt that should help. I been here plenty of times but not no more. why they need the tire for ? To fix it and resell it?
