At least not the ones I have been to in Fresh Pond and DT on Washington St. I've been to better TJMaxx in other states where I have lived [even outside big cities] with more options of merch than this one. Also tough to find a helpful staff on the floor. I still purchase personal items here but they are short on the kind of workout clothes I usually get at TJMaxx. Plus, toiletries and body and facial products, especially for black skin are in short supply...at Fresh Pond. I was shocked not to find mouthwash, but toothpaste and brushes!

Great store that always seems to have a coat, shirt or pair of pants or shorts I like. Big store with a big selection. I always tend to buy something when I pop into this store. The security here is top notch because once a homeless person comes in trying to steal something they have workers already waiting for them near the exit. You have to take the escalator to the second floor to enter the store but it's good for the store for anyone trying to steal here.

Hello! Anticipating high energy around here today, mini Pentagon building. The North Tower (John Hancock) decided to rebuild a new building yesterday so ya know- have a good day, look out for fires between here and John Hancock affiliate buildings.

Some staff on July 22nd 2023 were very friendly like back in the dressing room or the jewelry .The manager Lukas D. was very disrespectful. He along with another staff member yelled at an elderly customer who was trying to use the bathroom “BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED!” They slammed the door in her face. You could hear them laughing behind the door as the older lady was both upset and confused on why she got yelled at and a door slammed on her face.Very disrespectful and bad leadership.

Rude employees ban customers from going to the bathroom saying it is "out of order" when there's multiple customers in the bathroom. Male employee rudely and inappropriately came into the women restroom claiming he told everyone that he told everyone restroom was out of order. If you have a "broken" bathroom, you should put a sign... not inappropriately enter a place and blame a customer....

spent money at this store the day before , shopped again the next when employee said restrooms were closed. when asking how they used the restroom she replied “we’re” allowed. needless to say I put down the things I would have bought this day and walked out. 1. you should have access to restrooms. 2. if TJ Max is not, you need to train your employee with customer service and better phrasing , for instance “my apologies we dont have public restrooms but here is where you can find the closest one, we do appreciate you shopping with us.”

Poor selection of everything. Mostly no name handbags or overpriced MK models that are way cheaper at the outlet. Very poor kids selection, shoes too. Waste of time mostly.

This store never has anything at least in the men's dept. They are always cleaned out of everything . There is very little that is decent on the racks. Never have any jeans ? that are any good and they only have a small selection. This store used to be ok like 10 years ago when I used to go here. But now ? No
