I like Trader Joe's and was out for the day in Boston and wanted to stop in and visit. I heard this one was the smallest of the chain stores. You take an escalator to go down and they sell lots of reusable bags. I liked the Boston one. The store is filled with groceries and very busy. I enjoyed walking around through the hustle and bustle looking at all the fruits, vegetables, meats, prepackaged sandwiches, salads, to name a few that they offer. It is very small but very organized and clean. I wanted my favorite coffee that I get here and couldn't find where the coffee was. I asked a sales associate and she was so friendly and lead me to it. Unfortunately they did not have the one I love. But I still enjoyed coming and walking around. I would recommend this store. It's so fun to see your favorite store in the big city!

Shopping at Trader Joe's is always a pleasant experience. I am not so crazy about this location because it's a highly populated and super busy uptown area, which makes traffic rather unpleasant. Other than that, I loved the store. It has a wide variety of grocery options and prices are reasonable!

As we entered, I didn't realize that this was the smallest Trader Joe's in the chain. We are from sunny Southern California, and there are two TJ's near home. How may Trader Joe's have escalators? This one does. I really liked the Fenway Park mural as we had just toured Fenway. The store is really small but cozy, somehow most of the favorite items were on display...The staff has the traditional Aloha inspired attire, and made one feel at home.

Very small and limited items. Sometimes the line loops around the entire store which is insane. Escalator going down is always broken. However everyone is friendly and helpful. Don't expect to come here and find your limited Trader Joe's item. Also try to come here early during the day. If you come here after 5:00pm it's swarming with students and expect to wait awhile before checking out.

I've had a thing where I get TJ reusable bags when I visit a city. I love that this location is in the heart of Boston. It also happens to be the smallest TJ. Once you enter there are escalators that lead to the supermarket. It has everything a Trader Joe's typically has; it's just the format of the market is different. With how busy the market was I still easily managed my way around.

Only a sign to show that this store exists. Immediately upon entering, you realize that it is a downstairs business. Often crowded, but the staff are always friendly and helpful. Also, this place is surprisingly inexpensive.

This is a small Trader Joes. When I visited it was late at night and stock was low. I did not see any eggs. Very little bread. The store is not clean, the produce is not good.

Not an ideal space for a Trader Joe’s. Extremely tight and the line runs through the whole store. Not very good environment for shopping. But the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Produce are usually well organized and of good quality.

Maybe since it’s right after the holidays but they did not have a lot of things in stock. It felt like going into a basement. The escalator did not work going down. The flowers looked semi dead. There was some aisles fully stocked but others pretty barren. Could be better!

This is a small but very well organized and clean trader Joe's across the street from the convention center in back bay part of Boston. Everyone is very nice lots of young people and singles....i was able to source almost everything I wanted and picked up some really delicious Mochi as well. This is a great little place. I really enjoyed the vibe and layout...fresh veggies and fruit WELL PRICED... everyone who worked there was super nice... Wish I had something like this in my neighborhood!

My first ever time in a Trader Joe’s and it did not disappoint! Lots to choose from and the peanut butter stuffed pretzels were divine - wish they had this in the UK.

This is genuinely the worst Trader Joe’s I have ever been to. Not only is it exceptionally tiny, with the line literally taking up the entire store, but the employees need a serious attitude check. As someone who also works in a grocery store I understand how frustrating customer service can be, but these employees act like you are the root of all suffering in the universe. I’m sorry but nothing is ever that deep to resorting to basically throwing glass items while bagging (thank you miss pigtail girl 9/10) or being so rude and miserable the entire interaction you can’t even respond to a customer’s thank you (shout out Mohammed). Idk if Trader Joe’s health insurance covers therapy for their employees but if not, they need to start. And start with this location. ASAP. Pleaseeee

i went to this trader joes months ago but i still think about one of the positive interactions with one of the staff there. she (hopefully those are her pronouns) made my day so amazing and threw so many stickers in my grocery bag to bring me joy. she may have been a manager there but regardless, i have never stopped thinking about her kindness

It is the smallest TJ's I've ever been in. Not very much to offer and it was unfortunate I came in when all of the college students were shopping as well. The staff was wonderful and helpful and were able to get everyone in and out in a quick manner.
