Went to treasured hands for the first time for my birthday after reading the reviews. My appointment with Tea was one of the top two nail experiences I’ve ever had. She was so kind and patient with creating my nail inspo pic for me and I’m incredibly grateful. Highly recommend treasured hand nails!!

Gel manicure and pedicureStaff was very accommodating: I had to leave after my pedi and gel removal. The staff was very understanding and booked me an appointment for the following morning to finish my gel manicure. The manicure looked great when I left. However not even a week passed by and the gel began to lift on many of my nails. I have never experienced this so early after getting my nails done. To say the least I am very disappointed in my manicure. My pedi was great, polish still looks fantastic! I would not recommend nor would I come back unless you plan to get your nails done weekly.

LOVE this place so much!! This is my go-to nail salon in Boston. The owners (and everyone else) are extremely kind and very accommodating. Everyone is super professional and very good at their Jobs - no complaints ever. This place is also super clean - which is very important to me. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thanks for being the best Treasured Hand Nails!

I left the nail salon in tears… I never had any experience like this. All I wanted was French manicure. And walked out in tears. I want a French manicure but the guycouldn’t do it so he ask Trish to do it. Trish couldn’t execute the French tip either. So I got a little annoyed because I was there for 3 hours but stayed clam. Trish says she’s a manager but the way she handled the situation was not professional what so ever. She asked me if I wanted to do my own nails in the rudest tone. I was in shocked and confused by the energy she was giving me. Never in my life have I been treated like that! I’m still shocked and confused why she treated me in such a confrontational. I would never go back there.

its been 5 weeks since my first appointment and the growth and retention has been wonderful. every worker there is so detailed and considerate of what you ask for, and the quality of work has been amazing. although ive only been twice, i think i have found my new nail place ?

My nails always look so good thanks to Tee. She understands how to shape a nail and makes me feel so comfortable about asking her when I want some changes. Also they always stay on more than 5 weeks. Highly recommend!!Services: Nail art

This was the first time I've ever had my nails done, my technician was Tee and she did an amazing job with my gel x set - I asked for a short almond shape and they came out beautifully. She was extremely patient with me as a first timer who didn't understand what I was supposed to do haha. It is expensive, but I definitely recommend this place :)Service: Nail extensions

I don’t usually write reviews (though I do read them before trying out a place), but this place gets the job done exactly the way you want it! I tried it first about a month and a half ago with dip service by 3 different people at this point and all were very thorough, asked thoughtful, questions and checked in with you along the way. Although the salon can be a bit pricey, it is 10000% worth it! They do such a great job and anything you ask for they’ll do. Nail designs are amazing, regular mani/pedis are the best. They’re so gentle and caring during the sessions. I have overly sensitive skin, especially on my hands and they do their best to accommodate for that. Always making sure that they’re extra careful. And the best part is, you’ll always leave happy!I also recommend going to Tee if you want a technician that is very caring and listens to exactly what you want. She did an amazing job on my fall nails!

The staff is very friendly, the do wonderful work. It's kind of pricey but worth it. I got my nails (dip) done 3 wks ago, and my nails are still intact, but I am do for a refill. And definitely will be going back. Sorry, no pics didn't have time, next time.
