I needed an adapter for my faucet. I asked the first staff member I’ve seen. Without hesitation, Louis, Matthew and Mariana jumped right into action. I loved how approachable they were, how well they worked together and how quickly they found the part I needed. Thank you again for your kindness and help!

This store is so badly managed that they couldn’t get a simple small order delivered right even after 3 attempts, and there is no action from the store to rectify the mistake. Items get delivered to wrong address, delivery gets rescheduled for no reason and then cancelled. When you call the store, nobody can give proper information, they just keep saying the store will review and call you but I am still waiting on that call and my items, for 4 days now! Customer service is of absolutely no help. Can’t even cancel order and place a new one.

Very expansive catalogue of items. The store is messy though if you are looking for items on the lower end. The younger staff do not care and will not help you. The older staff though are very sweet and try their best.

Never seen so much disorganization of items. Must of been set up by a millennial. No order or consistency to products. Lack of needed stuff. Stop saying supply chain its is 2023. Keep It Simple Stupid

S/o to the squad at Home Depot Santos at pro & Carlos at hardware. Typically I dread the visit to Home Depot due to I can never find any help! NOT TODAY! Santos was extremely friendly and approachable! I asked for specific advice on tools and he took accountability and stated that he wasn’t too sure but that he would ask someone who would! I admire that, he rather be honest than lead me the wrong way. Not only did I get the help I needed, I too was able to leave with trust and confidence. South Bay Home Depot just became my go to Home Depot! Thank you guys!

This home depot is quite literally the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to buy black out shades with installation for over 1 month. I have called this store daily atleast 5 times with absolutely no success in speaking to a single human being. I have emailed them with no response over 1 month ago. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY ANY BLINDS OR SHADES FROM THIS STORE as you will be wasting all of your time trying to get them to do their jobs.

I spent almost 30 minutes in there looking for a child lock for a door. I first got directions to isle 14. Couldn't find what I was looking for, so I asked another gentleman, and he told me he didn't know what I was talking about. 3rd gentleman looked it up on the computer and proceeded to help me down another isle, and we both couldn't find it. This gentleman went back to the computer, which wasn't giving an exact location, and this wonderful woman working by his side told me where to go. I went down the aisle, and there were two gentlemen who appeared from wherever, and both told me to go down on the right. Finally, I found the product which I was looking for.

Sadly this Home Depot is employed by people who have no experience or care for anything DIY. On multiple occasions the employees standing by the self checkout do not tell people in line when registers are available, everyone just stands around. Anytime you need help they just say they’ll get help and you’re left standing there. It’s sad.

Terrible management & it shows with how staff operates. You will get a few A game workers who know their stuff but it's a hit or miss but that's still a management issue.

I have gone as far as Atlanta Georgia for help and I have gotten the run around. I have been passed around like a football in a game. Homedepot takes no ownership or responsibility for poor workmanship or for there contractors. They give you the line about our customers come first we will contact your area manager. When the area GM contacts you and says I will get someone out there. It sounds and then they avoid fixing the job that was done incorrectly or they tell you it's because of something else that caused the problem. So please take heed do not get new Windows doors vinyl siding gutters or a new roof. Because when your windows start to leak and your door frame starts to come away from the frame and the gutters they put up start to leak and the vinyl siding starts to pull away from your house. The only response you will hear is my schedule is full and I am over work and short handed but I will get back to you here is my number and they answer then reschedule and reschedule and then they tell you winter time is coming and I am overwhelmed and they tell you they don't know when they will get to you so give them a call,and when u try to call again you go right to voice mail. Then you start over again it's been a years and I am still waiting for someone to fill my work order.

This place deserves be shut down. I cannot believe it's in business. Do not ever go here, the sketchiest place I've ever been. I don't even know where to start, how about this is the only Home Depot I've ever seen with a security guard at the door? How about the hundred hobos sitting out front harassing you to let them help you. PSA: they're not just being nice they want money to fuel their drug habit. Oh ya, drugs, I saw the most cracked out lady pick up a needle off the ground and put it in her pocket to save it for later. I'm disgusted. I feel like I need a shower after being near that place. I wish yelp let you leave 0 stars. Save yourself and lose an extra 10 minutes, go to Somerville.

This store never has what I need despite their website saying they have an abundance in stock. At least today someone was very helpful trying to help me locate the item that there were supposedly 74 in stock but he too was unsuccessful. Tried ordering online and the order was cancelled. Has happened to me at least a half dozen times with this store, and now Home Depot is apparently not offering shipping on many items? Only truck “delivery” for $35! Insane.

I am only giving a one star because I want to warn people. They deserve a negative 10. Home Depot texted that my window was 2:30-6:30 then arrived at 12:20. Luckily I was there. Although the contractor had said it was possibleto deliver up the stair way, they said it wasn't. Okay I'll take their word for it but I had paid to have them haul away the old refrigerator. They refused to do so. I showed them the paper work showing my payment. They said it wasn't in their paperwork. One of the men started yelling at me. Totally out of control. Abusive. He also parked on the wrong side of the street and got into a shouting match with the City of Cambridge garbage truck. This person can not handle dealing with the public. The same week I had two deliveries from BestBuy and they went like a dream.
