Overall, Tufts Medical Center is recognized for its dedication to patient care, though experiences may vary by department and time.
Have had wonderful care here. I was shocked by the transport people bathed in cologne, the smell was overwhelming. Patients are told not to wear deodorant, lotion or anything with fragrance and yet their own staff are bathed in it. Someone needs to clamp down on this behavior.

Went there to get my wisdom teeth removed. The staff was so sweet and let me look at and hold sensors and patches before they were placed on me so I wouldn't be as scared. They also let me bring a stuffed toy and some headphones even though I am 20. Best medical experience I've ever had
