I’ve been waiting a full week and still have no shirts. Now I’m told that a refund could take up to 5–7 business days, and I need to start shopping for another gift because I’m unsure if the package will ever arrive.
Customer service was all over the place—what they told me didn’t match the FedEx label, and the website chat agent gave me different information again. Nothing was consolidated, so I had to call in, wait about 10 minutes, and repeat everything to someone live.
On top of that, none of my issues matched the automated menu options, which made the whole process even more frustrating.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Very cheaply made shirts. That said, I buy them every winter… spring/summer shirts are even worse, so I wear LuLu Lemon, but they usually fit well for a few months. Then they shrink and I discard them. But they have a US Patent so….

I love the brand, I’ve gone to and purchased from 7 different locations across the country and online, but this store is the absolute worst of them all. Every other store, the associates are very attentive and extremely helpful, they do everything they can to get you some of their clothing, but not this one. This is my second time coming to this location and felt like I was an absolute bother to them. They didn’t want to help me find my size and I was really annoyed. I brought a few unthuckit shirts with me for this trip but someone spilled on all of them so i tried to replace them, but they made me feel unwanted as a customer in the store. I asked if they can just tell me which shirts they had in stock in my size and they said no, I have to pick each shirt out and then they will check the size. Ever other store pulled out boxes in my size. Never going to this place again, I ended up getting shirts from Neiman Marcus who really wanted to help me.

Best store in the city to get clothes for work. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, helping me find the perfect size. Couldn’t be happier with my experience and thanks again!

Wasn’t floored with the in-store selection and their sizes are pretty restrictive; however, the gent working there who supported me was polite and very helpful.

I found my shopping experience to be thoroughly unpleasant at this store, right when I entered the doorway. I saw the store associate behind the counter and he didn't greet me. Instead, the young man decided to turn a 90 degree while avoiding eye contact, and proceeded to continue talking on his phone. He then talked on his phone in a storage room at the back of the store.While I was browsing the different shirts, which I found long sleeve shirts to be lacking in the design factor, the associate began to get very irate. He was almost screaming on the phone, really giving an earful to the person on the other end. At this point my shopping mood crashed and burned, and I left the store. I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.

Great store (both called and visited in person, purchased bunch of shirts), sales staff extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable, taking pride of their job and expertise. Definitely one of the best examples of best sales practices. Will go back again as needed.
