the staff here are so kind and friendly! i had an appointment to get my fingerprints done but had the wrong address listed and they were super helpful with getting that sorted and very patient with me as i tried to figure everything out. great guys who work here:)

I just contacted UPS to inform them that the driver had posted a note on the outside of our building that he had attempted delivery. There was no delivery. We’ve been home all day and not once did we get a knock at the door for the scheduled pick up service we paid for. This has been a reoccurring issue on the route for Fenway area. The woman I spoke with was absolutely horrific. She sounded middle aged Caucasian with a slight smokers voice. She kept rudely talking over me and being absurd, it was like dealing with a screaming prison inmate! I was so shocked I just shut my mouth and literally agreed with whatever she was babbling about. You can’t reason with people like that. She told me that maybe I should “stop ordering packages”. Well I can’t because I’ve been battling cancer the past few years and that’s how I get things to my home that I need. I wish people were more compassionate and would treat all humans like their family, the world would be a better place for sure. She ended up hanging up on me without giving me a second to respond, so here I am leaving a review. If people could do their job the honest right way, this could be so easily avoided.

been here a few times. each time they’re mad nice and help me get what i need done. between making copies, mailing taxes, notarizing documents, they help me out and are always kind. best ups ever.
