On 1st March 2024, I visited the UPS store around the closing time @ 7 pm. Despite the late hour, the staff member graciously assisted me in dropping off my package. He patiently helped me with tagging the label, printing etc. which took about 15 minutes, all the while maintaining a humble and helpful demeanor. I was impressed by his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. Overall, it was a great experience, and I appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff member. THANK YOU.

There is an employee whose presence will decide whether you have a good experience at this place or not. He is unfortunately there more often than not. Every other employee here is very helpful like every other UPS store I have gone to. I won't give this employees name and will refer to him in the rest of this review as "Sour patch" but I will describe how he treats you and his fellow employees and you'll be able to pick him out immediately.1) Sour patch will be behind the register looking very upset to be there and on his phone watching some video2) Sour patch will be telling you or someone else he works for who is trying to be helpful to a customer "no".3) Sour patch will be reading some policy of UPS in such a way that makes you think that UPS is unable to ship any package. Have you been able to do this thing at literally every other store? Well not at this one.Our first interaction was when my fiancé was attempting to return some boots. She was provided with a "happy returns" label which is part of UPS to return her boots and it provided instructions to simply bring the shoebox back to the store and show the UPS employee the return label and they will take it from there as UPS has previous experience shipping things. When we got to the store we asked Sour patch what the store email was so we could send the return label to him for shipment and pay for the label. He said they don't do that. Not one UPS store in existence "doesn't do that". Sour patch directed us to pay to use the internet to print a label but the machine was down and the printer wasn't working. We told him it was broken but he was busy ruining someone else's life so he wasn't able to make us miserable as well so the other employee immediately jumped in to help and printed us out the label. Sour patch immediately reprimanded him for helping us and tried to take the label away but the petulant child was unsuccessful as he's even incompetent at doing that.We the gave him the shoe box with the label and Sour patch then recited from memory some clause of UPS procedure and said that UPS was mistaken in providing a label to her and she's not allowed to ship it. The employee behind him who helped us with the label was suggesting ways to assist her as he was familiar process and Sour patch reprimanded him for helping us in front of us. Then Sour patch turned around and said no. Then we asked for alternate ways to return this and how to handle it and Sour patch suggested we purchase a new shipment from him instead and pay to box it. We left. Our second interaction was attempting to ship out a box from eBay and we had to use their broken computer and printer to print a label which of course didn't work. Then we realized we could do this on our phone. So I brought the box over to Sour Patch who was watching a video on 5 ways to be miserable and I asked what the weight of my box was and his response was "why?". I explained that my life's journey has lead to the transom of his store whence I doth desired to shipeth my box to distant lands and I humbly requested to know how many stones my box doth weigh. He said as he is known to do "no". The employee behind him said "oh it weighs 4 pounds" and then Sour Patch reprimanded him again in front of us for providing the type of customer service UPS stores are known for. I then entered 4 pounds into the app and got a QR code which I presented to Sour patch. I however did not have my box taped. Sour patch informed me that it would cost $2 to place 1 piece of tape on the lid of the box or I could buy 6 miles of tape from him instead. We left.

I went this morning to the UPS Store to drop off packages. For whatever reason, I thought they were open at 8am and so arrived nearly an hr before they opened. I was thinking I was going to have to take my packages all the way back home, but Victor saw me and quickly opened the door for me. He was very nice and assisted me with my packages even though they weren’t open yet. Thank you Victor for your kindness and help!

Whata terrible customer service experience! The woman working in jan 29 was very rude and unable to want to see what I needed to do. she already wanted to charge me for shipping since my package was a paid service. When I asked her to be at least kind, she simply replied that she had been there since the store opened and was supposed to leave at 4:30pm. Like, this is not the right way to treat anyone. Either way, she chose to be there. The customer is not to blame if you are sour. It’s not my fault at all. what a bad experience.

Worst experience and Worst staff ever.I visited the UPS store on January 13th, around 5:45 p.m., seeking notary services. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the unprofessional behaviour of one of the staff members. The individual in question appeared arrogant and rude, not only towards me but to other customers as well.During my visit, it was evident that he needed to gain proper communication skills and provide clear instructions for the notary process. It seemed like his primary focus was on financial gains rather than assisting customers with the services they were seeking. This lack of professionalism was evident when he showed discrimination and the guy was engaged in a video call with a girl, neglecting his responsibilities.I believe that every customer deserves respect and proper assistance, which regrettably was not the case during my visit. The staff member's apparent lack of concern for customers, as evidenced by his distracted behavior while on the phone, is concerning.Proper action should be taken by the management otherwise they will face the consequences.

I had a mixed experience. I had an issue with some packages I had to pick up. When I called, I spoke to the manager, he was the nicest and so so helpful. He understood my situation and tried to help. But when I called to confirm what he had told me to do, I spoke with the other 2 associates. One of them (a guy) was so so unhelpful and unkind to me saying that if it was up to him, he would not help me. Something similar happened when I try to speak with a lady. At the end, I just ended up going when the manager was around and he helped me with my issue. Also, about the other reviews. I have been to this store multiple times. The manager sometimes speaks really fast and he’s very direct, but he means well and he’s really really helpful. If he was as rude as they said, he wouldn’t have helped me the way he did. Also, I’ve seen him interacting with many many consumers and that matches my observations. Overall, I do like and trust this UPS store

Very alarming experience. I have been to a few UPS locations and all have usually had positive experiences. I was looking to simply print a pre-paid label and drop off a package and was instructed to use their photocopy kiosk. The price for using the kiosk was outrageous, costing more than the package itself, and they didn't even have sticker paper to print with. This, however, wasn't the main issue. While I was trying to get the machine to work, the Lady at the front desk spoke to me very condescendingly, and as if I offended her. She was not able to effectively explain how to use the machine, and kept repeating irrelevant information, ultimately costing me more money for “computer use.” I would have asked for a refund, but just wanted to leave the store as fast as possible. In my view, there is no reason to treat a customer like that.I would like to think that she doesn't represent all the employees at that store, and I understand she was just trying to do her job, and probably didn't even realize she was being rude.

I always have a great experience at this UPS store! Last Wednesday, Victor and Chef gave me star treatment. I arrived at 8:45am expecting to wait 15 minutes before the store opened. They noticed I was waiting outside the door, welcomed me in, took my package, and -- bonus -- made me laugh! I am really grateful for them, I was able to ship off my package AND make it to work on time. Thank you, Victor and Chef!

I wish there was an option to give zero stars to this location. This was my third experience at this location and it has been worse. Every time I walk in the building the gentleman whoever is there most of the times is very rude, unfriendly disrespectful and racist.I had three packages, he did not even put the sticker on. He opened all the packages just to check what I was returning,Usually whenever I return a package from Amazon, my package is never opened. In fact, they are the ones who put their return sticker on the package.I did not even say anything disrespectfully to him, the reason I asked something was because I had never returned such package at UPS store before instead of answering my questions he started swearing at me in his native language, which was very rude and disrespectful. After I left the location, he waved his hand and told me to learn some manners rather than him learning how to talk to customers and learn what customer service isI don’t think he’s the right person for the job, maybe he has some serious mental health issues but he’s not fit to work at this location. I’m sure if cameras are checked and recordings are checked. You will see his behaviour with other customers tooit’s very disheartened to see how a customer representative can be so disrespectful and rude towards you,

0 stars - avoid this UPS location and use the Newbury one instead. The worker here, Mike, was rude from the beginning. Instead of answering my concern with a package that was dropped of here, he repeated the same scripted response 3 times and proceeded to raise his voice when I asked for clarification. Very unprofessional and have essentially stolen my package. I’m lucky to get a new package sent but it will not be to this location. Waste of space this location is.

The man that works at this store is so amazing. I came in 3 minutes before they closed without knowing (I thought I was 30 minutes before closing) and his customer service was so awesome! He got my big box out of my trunk and brought it in without a dolly (someone had taken their dolly). He was giving the guy before me the same customer service. I wish I knew his name and I had cash to tip him. If they weren’t closing I’d go to the bank and come right back. 10/10.
