I had the pleasure of watching the UPS Staff Member, James, in action this afternoon as he juggled the needs of multiple customers at once. James is a model of professionalism, demonstrates impeccable customer service, is extremely efficient and beyond courteous. He was able to attend to three or four customers at the same time with ease. For my own package drop off, he explained that with my return I could only use one label although the company sent me two bags to use. James quickly solved my issue my reusing a box that another customer did not use and had left behind. He came up with this solution in an instant! It was a delight to watch James in action and a number of customers were commenting on their pleasant interactions with James. Thanks again, James!

The UPS employee was very dismissive and disrespectful. The employee refused to accept an Amazon prepaid label for a package stating I needed to cut open the tape I used to seal the box and purchase the UPS store packaging tape.
