I really appreciate the customer service at this store. They are always fast, efficient and make sure to address any questions I may have. Kevin & Gio were so kind and patient with me, as I tried to figure out international shipping. I also appreciate that they close at 7pm. Great store!

If I could, I would rate this place even lower. Never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. Staff was cussing me out because he misspelt my name and wrote the wrong address multiple times because he was watching something on his phone. This was the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review so you can imagine how bad it was !

went into the store to ask for some assistance with issues regarding online shipping. left the store momentarily, and came back to the staff essentially bad mouthing me and my need for assistance. would not advise anyone to come here and will not be coming here again.

Package was dropped off while UPS truck was arriving to pick up and these lazy employees chose to leave the package for the next business day instead of shipping out in real time like I asked them to. Horrible place and no one should ever do business with them.

We came in at super busy time, line long, plenty of people from out of town like us but Geo (sp?) really held it down and made us feel like he was working as quickly but friendly as possible with each person. He deserves a raise!
