Someone at UPS put a rule to change our delivery address. Every time we get a delivery they change our address and ship it to a new address. We called customer care and they say it’s the dispatch team but no one in dispatch listens to them. Despite multiple hours on call with them they are helpless and keep overriding alll our shipments to an unknown address. This is a classic example of utter disregard by these large corporations of their customers. They have become so big and complex no one knows what’s happening and they cannot fix a problem created by them costing their customers thousands of dollars.

Although my package was already on the belt to be returned to the sender, the customer service agent ran to the back to grab it before it was loaded, saving me the headache of having to wait for a new shipment. Very impressed, as most would’ve just said it’s too late and there’s nothing they could do. Definitely worth a 5-star rating!

It’s closed on Saturday and Sunday. Monday to Friday it’s open from 9-5pm

Zero stars if I could. We have scheduled daily pickups and the last three business days (now going on four) no one has shown up to collect our outgoing shipments. Each day I call and a rep will say they alerted the driver and whatnot, yet they still aren't here! What is the point of a weekly service/pick up fee if they aren't going to come pick up our packages. Additionally, I had to deal with one of my packages scheduled for a Mexico address accidentally "go on the wrong truck" up North almost to Canada. Oopsies! Client got the package a month later and we were still charged for the shipment. This place is a joke.

Marissa in customer service was very helpful. Was able to track down a driver and have them deliver a package to me early because I politely asked.

ups the most unpleasant company there can be, they don't ring the bell, they charge to pick up the package at the office and they don't have the package on summer st either, disgusting and unpleasant customer service. I am waiting for 2 passports and my flight leaves tomorrow at 12 pm and you will open the office at 2 pm, call at 1 pm I paid 8 dollars to go pick up the package at the station they agreed to return my call and even though I called 5 times they didn't help me

Zero. I ordered a laptop and never got it. No attempt to deliver. Awful service and drivers. I wish there was an option to never use them again.

I was looking up on the map closest UPS and this one on summer St came up.... But once I seen the reviews and the negative comments I said " man I'm about to have a bad experience " but the second I stepped in I was greeted .... Which made feel comfortable. Then I asked for a box because the one I had was to big, and Don with no hesitation went out back and brought the right size to me! So when some people get bad reviews is because they want to complain but sometimes we do get spoiled apples. But @UPS I want you to know that Don was outstanding with his customer service! Thank you Don

I would get it 0 star If I could. Worse customer service. Don in the front desk is terrible, horrible attitude and worse hours, opens at 2pm. Stay away from this location!

Terrible service. They leave a note and that’s it - they don’t try to get anyone available to sign. Customer service was incredibly rude - and you have to call corporate just to get someone on the phone.

This office is staffed by great people, who are always pleasant, even when the pressure is on near closing time. I deliver document packages for overly-demanding lenders, who typically deliver their own files at the last minute. UPS is not a consumer-oriented business model. Some of the other comments reflect a misunderstanding about what to expect in terms of hand-holding.
