The worst USPS office, delivery are awful, never get my package by the door, need go there. Even instructions left on door does not work, because they probably can not read. I hope they would be closed and we would go to different offices.

I understand that the mail carrier who services the Brooks Street area of Oak Square apparently hates their job, but could you please instruct them to stop taking it out on my mail. Thanks! (UPDATE 7/12/2025) This is how I found my mail in our box today--it looks like the mail carrier had some kind of fit or tantrum. Seriously?!

I had an amazing experience at the USPS on Washington Street in Brighton! As a first-time passport applicant, I was a little nervous, but Anan made the process so smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also takes his time and make sure the picture taken was correct and look good 👍
I opted for expedited processing, and to my surprise, my passport arrived in less than two weeks! The efficiency and excellent service here are unmatched. A huge shout-out to Anan for his outstanding help—I truly appreciate it!
If you need passport services, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Always loses mail. I am planning a wedding and had multiple issues with delivery -- with professionally addressed envelopes and confirmed addresses. Consistently loses other packages -- I avoid if at all possible.

I spoke to the stuff twice and he confirmed they have my mail and will deliver to me. But they returned my mail twice!!! I have clear name print on the mail box.

Im seeing a lot of negative reviews but I had a very smooth experience. Ive been twice to send packages. Even with me juggling multiple packages and qrcodes and shipping labels, the worker was extremely patient and helped me get situated. The store had everything i needed from bubble wrap to tape to different bubble wraped envelopes and box sizes. No long lines either. Good street parking. No issues here!

Everyone here is very friendly and always willing to help you with anything you might need whether it’s buying stamps or making sure your package arrives on time. I’m glad they’re my neighborhood branch!

The worse customer service and damn near impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone!!! If and when someone there is willing to actually do their job and answer the phone don't be surprised when they hang up on you!

Each USPS branch seems to be setting a new benchmark with respect to poor service. We found the staff to be quiet rude.

Mail was marked held at post office per customer request, I never requested it be held. Tried calling Brighton PO for over an hour and everytime phone rang and rang and went to busy signal at 3min50 seconds. No one every answers they just disconnect you. Horrible service Brighton!
