i was supposed to receive my package today and i still haven’t received it despite my packages leaving the facility since 6 o clock in the morning?? what is going on there’s always an issue here and they throw packages where they feel like

Everyday I come out to check my mailbox it’s mail that doesn’t belong to me in there..I have my mailbox labeled with names of who should receive mail but mail carrier still puts some of my neighbors mail as well as my landlords mail in my box.. me & neighbor has our boxes labeled, the landlord doesn’t & doesn’t live he either just has a mailbox..I guess I have to leave a note to “please not put mail in my box if it’s not addressed specifically to the recipients labeled on it..

My mailman just throw my packages from the sidewalk to my front door. This Annex doesn’t answer the phone and takes a while to get to the door if you show up in person.

I got the mobile app.for informed mail!! On that site it said there were 2 personal information mail pieces !! Neither item never arrived!! Why do they have informed delivery and show what will be delivered and neither item came!! Also the mail carrier keeps putting mail in the wrong boxes and every box is clearly marked with each person in my buildings name clearly marked!!!

This place should be shut down for stealing customers packages. On the website it says delivered yet I never received it. This has happened to other people as you can see from the reviews. Jimmy the supervisor and his team obviously are all in on this because they don’t care to pick up customers phone calls. I’m tired of calling and nothing is being done about my situation. The Worst US post Office!!

Haven’t had mail in days because? Is there a mail shortage? I’m expecting something very important and how is that 3 days in a row no mail? Is this is a joke?there are 5 people in the house and you mean to tell me for 3 days none of us got any mail? They need to get it together and start background checking these carriers .
