I visited the USPS Hyde Park location today, Monday, May 12th, at approximately 9:23 AM. I was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the staff member working at the desk during that time. When I politely asked for a receipt, she responded in an unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive manner, even raising her voice at me.
I am genuinely astonished that such behavior is tolerated, as it reflects poorly on the organization. This level of rudeness is unacceptable in any customer service setting. I strongly urge that employees at this location receive proper training in basic customer service etiquette—especially if they are expected to work independently on site.

When there to return a package there was to workers they were mad rude. Made me do all the work tape the package put it on the scale. And they were talking shit in the back.

Went in to do a return. The packaging was open obviously. So the guy was like it has to be tapped he was gonna do it for me. This lady goes and tells him” no let her pay for the tape” mad rude about it. Like I didnt know. Customer service here is horrible and the employees are rude as heck.

Horrible experience at this location in Hyde Park. We have a PO Box that has been left open and when we talked to the staff they said they were fixing the lock and held on to our mail. Came back today and the PO Box is open with our mail inside. I have already filed a claim 3 times so far and nothing has been solved.

Yet again I have to complain about this post office. The male driver never seems to bring my packages to my front door which is understandable I don't have a problem with that what I do have a problem is with the fact that I have to travel all the way to the post office just to find out that it's back on a truck that is not going to deliver it to my house now that is an inconvenience no one has time for that you guys as a whole we need to get it together you shouldn't be delivering mail if you're too lazy to deliver the mail it's quite simple.This is absolutely the worst place to go get your stuff from avoided at all costs

I called and asked to speak with the manager and he said he name was Brian. I was trying to make a formal complaint about the way his employee Dorie treated me. She was very nasty to me and when I spoke to Brian he was even more disrespectful. Brian laughed in my face and hung up on me. The manager? It Can’t be. I can’t figure out how to file a formal complaint against both of them.

This office called me about my request to hold mail. First time they missed me and left a voice message. When I called back the man who answered told me that it did not make sense why they called me. Then proceeds to berate me about subjects that I was not well versed in. I tried to ask questions and was demeaned and made to feel like I was unintelligent. I was going to ask another question when he finished his sentence and hung up the phone on me. Terrible customer service.
