I wish I looked up the reviews and saw all the people complaining about their experience with passport services before I made my appointment.
I went in 5-10 mins before my scheduled time. They send me to the window for the passports and the guy says “I’m closed”. I said “I have an appointment”. He tells me “no you don’t”. He never even looked it up or asked my name. So unprofessional.
So I give him my name and he realizes I do have an appointment but he says I’m early so I have to wait.. I just stood there and he sat there for about 5 minutes doing nothing but waiting for it to be my appointment time. He didn’t help any other customers or anything.
So my time comes and first thing he says is “social security card?”. I told him my number was on the form already. He says “no I need the card”, which he doesn’t, he just needs the number. I told him the social security card is not required. This man tells me “the post office doesn’t require it, I do”. Such wild behavior!
I went to West Roxbury and they were great! They made it so fast and easy. The guy in Mattapan argued with me for longer than it took West Roxbury to do it professionally. They just refuse to help people in Mattapan because they can’t be bothered, they don’t want to work. And I did not need my social security card in West Roxbury.

I never received my package and when I went to the post office they had find out that they delivered it to the wrong address and I spent 400 $ on this expensive item this is very unprofessional and inappropriate, unacceptable I’ve never in my 22 years of living have experienced this inappropriate incident!!!!!!!!!!!!
