The worst customer service ever I went twice to get a passport for my daughter and the first time the person called out so i wasn't able to do it the second time i show up at my designated time for the appointment and the lady names Lovely told me she just took her lunch break which is not my problem if i have an appointment you shouldn’t take your break at the time of my appointment! The audacity to tell me to wait 30 minutes with my baby. She then starts to talk to her coworkers saying she does this care shes taking her break either way. Filling a complaint against that whole building needs to hire a whole new crew! ASAP.

Shoutout to Briana who went above and beyond in helping me successfully track down a piece of lost mail, including contacting multiple of her carriers and following up with me at 6pm on my cell phone. Great team here

I received a call today and they have asked for a note to be left and for them to specify the package so everyone is aware when it needs to be picked up. Might be corporate or local office. Name was Brianna. Thank you. Very kind on the phone. Took the time to listen to what I was asking.
Still deducting stars because it should not have been this difficult in the first place. The lady at the post office should have offered the same.

I came to the post office for support with my package that the delivery person is failing to deliver (is not checking the notes which state our doorbell doesn’t work). I asked for them to either leave a note for the delivery person OR mark to have my package picked up in person instead. Instead of the delivery person trying and trying when our bell won’t work. Instead she said she could not do anything and I should come back in TWO Weeks to try to get my package. When I go online it states I should be able to go to the post office and have them change the delivery to a pickup option but she didn’t even check to see if it’s possible.

Absolutely horrible service. The staff here are beyond rude, aggressive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting customers, they act as if they’re ready to argue or fight. I was given incorrect information about shipping, charged an outrageous fee due to their incompetence, and then refused proper service when I tried to correct it

Rude and unprofessional employees, horrible customer service and management, long wait time and only 2 counters open when there is a long line of people waiting.
I was there today and the first clerk let a woman cut me in line and the woman started arguing with me and the employee never did anything to de-escalate the situation, he just stood there and attended to the woman that cut the line. I asked to speak to a manager and no one identified themselves.
The second clerk attended to another customer while helping me. I told her I still need help and she said “I’m just one person” I’m not sure why she would call the next customer when I wasn’t even finished with my transaction.

Unprofessional and crass people work here. Do not get a P.O. Box at this location. Do not have packages sent to this postal office. The servicing is extremely poor and hostile. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!

Honestly, I think 99% of post offices are slow and I rather the mail person take their time uninterrupted to properly focus on sending mail out to the correct addresses. The customer service is actually really good, they smile and go above and beyond. It’s also has a huge parking lot - which is essential in Boston.

Giving five stars just for Ellis alone ! She went above and beyond to help me track some mail. I understand lines can get hectic. But they will help you when you when it’s your turn. Remember being polite and respectful goes a long way! I’ve been here and had conflict before, but I can fault both sides for it. So I get it.

Mail service sucks. I haven't go any mail in days. But I see everything. The mail dont get dropped off if they can't get in and on this Saturday I guess they didn't feel like doing they job. Trash service
