Employees are very nice however I can’t believe it’s 2025 and I had to leave and sit in rush hour Boston traffic to go home and print a physical return label because their system couldn’t scan a QR/label and they “don’t have a printer.”

They never deliver my packages I always have to go pick it up and even when I have to pick it up they still give me a problem. They don’t pick up the phone ever! ….Do they even deliver anyone’s mail?

Two women at front are extremely rude and unprofessional. Went for passport photo & was turned away because they claim it was break time, then tossed my paperwork across desk it lands on floor. Instead of apologizing she says u can leave then smirks. That let me know it was done purposely. I Will be reporting them immediately , no one should have to be treated this way. Horrible experience I ever witnessed in my adult life

Its worst service i have seen in my life customer service minor 1 star the pasport service straf very rude just 5 mn late he refuse to take my passport application usps need to hire people who have a good customer service people who welcoming customer with smile like FedEx and ups

This USPS office is perfectly adequate. I've used it many times. It is small, but the staff are hard-working and polite. If you are smart about when you visit it will not be too crowded. I'm baffled by the negative reviews. It's a post office, folks, not the Taj Mahal. If this post office is ever closed folks in South Boston will have to take the T in order to send mail.

It pretty wild the post office can’t figure out an address on a label. My package has been sent to this post office twice and they send it out of state. Even after I’ve called and spoke to three separate people. Well, seems they’ll all be moving the package around free of charge. I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card. Do better at your job. This level of work ethic doesn’t even deserve minimum wage.

I drove to the Southie post office from Chelsea on the 26th of December to mail a birthday card to a Southie resident who's birthday was on the 27th. I went INSIDE and deposited the card in the "SOUTH BOSTON ONLY" slot. It took 4 (FOUR) DAYS for the card to be delivered. Lazy mailmen. And they're raising their prices? THEY DON'T DESERVE A RAISE!

Had multiple checks all mailed from the Southie office to the same business stolen then one was spoofed and someone tried to use it to cash 21000$Filed a complaint and police report- nadaThen had another check disappear in NovemberWon’t use them again

Even if they have the right address they still will deliver to the wrong mailbox. Southie finest what a joke. Worse mail carriers ever.
