It’s so sad that our USPS is so short staffed I waited in line for over 30 minutes. To simply ship items. There was 1 person working. This is my normal post office, I will have to find a different one until they can get more staff.

Labor Day closed. I posted this so you don't show up for nothing. Google said it was open. False. 9/1/25. 11am. 1 out 3 ladies there is an awesome person. Unfortunately too many people having challenges with the other two. Big disappointments! Ever since Maria and Maureen left, this place has gone down to 💩.

Truly the worst interaction I have ever had with a USPS location. The employees working here need supervision. They are incredibly rude, dismissive and act with no professionalism. They say whatever they feel like saying, including comments with implied reverse racism because they know there will be no repercussions. I have filed a formal complaint with USPS.

Good luck if Ellis assists you. She was incredibly rude and arrogant. I was mailing a simple birthday card, and she insisted I had to include a return address. I’ve never done that before, and when I asked about it, she snapped, “I don’t make the rules!” Well, apparently you do, Ellis — because according to the USPS website, a return address is not required for sending a basic letter or card.
I’ve filed an official report with USPS regarding her unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. Ellis should take the time to learn the actual policies — and how to treat customers with basic courtesy.

Postal workers here are extremely patient, the demands folks come in with constantly stun me.

Went in to mail a check & the postal worker kept insisting I buy 3 stamps for my small letter. 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived (guessing lost in the mail) and I wasn;t given a reciept or tracking number.

Is crazy how customers come on Google and say how nasty the employees are. But they never tell their side of the story every time I come into this post office. I’ve watched the interactions with the clerks and the customers, and I’ve noticed that the customers always get mad when the clerks don’t give them what they ask for. I’ve noticed the clerks answer the questions, but the customers get mad when they don’t hear the answer they want. People come onto Google and say how rude the clerks are yes some days they do have attitudes. Yes some days they are the greatest workers ever and a lot of days they are under staff. No one sees that, but the clerk does. If you’ve been coming to the post office for a long period of time you know the policies and procedures of the post office. Why do you proceed to get what you want or try to get what you want and when they stop you you get mad and hostile.
As a customer, I’ve seen all kind of things happen at the post office. At this post office they always have stamps that you need. If this information you’re looking for they always have that information for you and if not, they provide you the different post office or places you can go to find that information. I know customers on here they don’t talk about the good things that the post office do they always tell the bad things that happen because of the reply they get from the question or something they used to of having.
Instead of coming onto Google and telling exactly what happened they tell you the reaction after the disagreement. Which is not right it is not right for the clerks. It is not right for the business is not right even for future customers as well. It’s OK to have negative comments. It’s OK to have positive comments but how come every time you read something that people always comment when it’s negative when it’s not their way. In life, you can never get things your way and if you feel like or because you’re the customer you are always right. You are wrong this is why they are the clerk and you are the customer. If you don’t understand something they will correct it or find someone that can help solve the problem.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. Ellis and her large coworker should be fired immediately.

Woman closed the door in my face, I asked nicely if she could help me out. My package was pre-labeled. She yelled at me and said I should have walked faster. I asked if she could accept my 1 small package and she yelled and said she gets paid for closing the door at 5:00 and not a minute later. Some kindness would have been appreciated- this world needs more kindness. She was the rudest person I’ve encountered in years. Unionizing her was a bad move.

Most absolutely miserable people here. The attitude from the clerks is mind blowing. Simply went in inquiring (not demanding) about a refund for a package that was quoted at 6-8days and still hasn’t been delivered 3 weeks later. Large women behind the counter berated me in front of a line of other customers telling me it’s not her problem, asked me if I knew what the date was because I said “almost a month” as if i had said “exactly a month”. I ended up walking out why she was still running her big mouth while the other customers shook their heads in disbelief and apologized for her. I’ve never been treated this way at what should be a professional establishment. At this point I’m disputing the charge on my CC and I’ll use UPS going forward even if it’s more expensive.
