Staff are unhelpful and misinformed. Go to a post office outside of Boston proper instead, they are all much faster and much more helpful. I never have issues when I go outside the city.

I went to this site on 1-18-24 with my 18 year old daughter to get a passport. The 2 women postal workers at the counter were the 2 nicest and helpful postal workers I have ever met. While waiting for our appointment I noticed their interaction with several customers and I saw them go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I've never witnessed this before. Unfortunately, I have witnessed the opposite in my past experiences at other postal locations outside of Boston. Great job, nice to witness people being nice!!

This woman in the picture was super rude and unprofessional to customers and refuse to help me check the statues of my shipping after I nicely asked her to. While the other kind staff member helped me checking, she kept swearing to me and said specifically she select people she want to help. High potential of racism. Will report to USPS customer service. She needs to be fired.

Don’t go there if you’re an Asian, they are rude and disrespectful towards any Asian, especially Asian women, but helpful and friendly to white and black people. The lady at the counter herself was black.

When shipping your packages, no matter what it is. Make sure to list as fragile. I’ve seen so many videos where things get thrown and kicked around in the distribution center at the usps as well as workers who work for Amazon. As a seller/reseller I commented on one tikok video saying “people like him is the reason I list ALL of my packages as fragile. I’ve seen enough with these videos. See pic of one just tossing a package. At one point I saw him kicked a package so hard it slid and knocked his phone down.????♀️So I go in there telling this lady the exact thing after she asked me, what was in the package and why are you listing as fragile when you are only shipping toys! So I basically explained to her jokingly of what I be seeing on TikTok!! But honestly I have the right to list my packages as fragile. I want my packages to be treated with respect and with care! Not just some “junk” I was sending my friend’s son some Pokémon items. He loves Pokémon. I’m talking “huge addiction” so I sent him some Pokémon toys.❤️This is my first time coming to this location. I came here just to check the place out. Didn’t really have too much of a negative experience. Not sure if I will come to this location again though. I love the manager at the one on Dedham st which is the one I mainly go very close to where I live. She has been working there for 20 years. She’s so kind and friendly. We have a great conversation every time I drop my packages off. The ladies on mass ave just looks like they don’t like working there. ? ???

worst usps ever in the US. All the ladies working here are so rude. been treated badly many times. they only smile to guys. And unfortunately, I am an asian woman.

I would not recommend this place to get a passport. My experience with this Ups was incredibly frustrating. The worst customer service ever in my life. Bad attitude, So so incredibly rude and outright disrespectful. She should never be able to talk to customers like that so rudely, and shouldn’t work there if she can’t have a respectful attitude.
