The woman that works there is always rude and acts like I work for her. Never answers questions, I asked her for help, she answered how do I know. Awful experience. USPS should hire competent employees

Low employee helpfulness/competence. Mailed something certified mail 8 weeks ago. Never delivered. Filed an online claim. Told me to go to the post office to provide additional information. The lady here yelled at me and told me to do everything online, which is contradictory to other info recieved. She didn't even try to look anything up. She either didn't know what to do, or didn't give enough of a crap to try and find out. 0 stars. Would not recommend.

Best USPS experience ever! I approach the counter with only one person before me and Rocco saw my passport photo & forms and walked me through the whole process so fast I barely had time to think, and it was done! I have never felt such support at the post office! If you are close enough, and it’s convenient to go to this location over any of the others, I would highly recommend it!

Several people waiting in line. Only one employee actively helping customers. Another employee at the front pretending to do something on the computer and leaves after seeing the line.

WORST USPS ever! The guy working is so rude and disrespectful. He completely ignored my questions and was extremely condescending. Told us there was nothing he could do to help without even listening to our issue. Watch out for the guy who wears glasses.

Horrible service, my package has been missing for a month sent from this store. But neither customer service nor the staff at this store are helpful. Extremely rude person on the counter. Worst!

Leilani and Cory are the BEST! They helped me try to figure out how to get my oversized package shipped in a very tight timeframe with a reasonable cost. They were so nice and accommodating - definitely the best service I've received at this post office, or any post office really.
