I had a very poor experience at this post office. The service I received from the employee I worked with was unhelpful and frustrating. To make matters worse, after the interaction, the employee filled out the customer satisfaction survey herself and marked it as “highly satisfied” without asking me. That is not acceptable, those surveys are meant to reflect the customer’s honest opinion, not to be manipulated by staff. This kind of behavior goes against USPS policy, misrepresents real feedback, and undermines trust in the service. My actual experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope management addresses both the service issues and the misuse of surveys.

This may be the very worst post office in Boston. The woman behind the counter, Francine, started a social conversation with the other person working right as I came up to the desk. There was nobody else in the post office at the time. She proceeded not to pay adequate attention to the customer right in front of her, instead, having a social conversation with the other worker in the post office. Then she had difficulties with her scale. Then she started an argument with me, which was absolutely unnecessary. Then luckily, the other person in the post office offered to help me. I am absolutely enraged that Francine is a government employee. She is not qualified to work in a post office. She is not capable of any level of customer service.

Avoid this place at all costs. They are aggressively rude to customers. I live down the street and will be traveling to other USPS stores after multiple horrible visits with a final one today being the coffin nail.

I waited in line 15 minutes only to be told they would not tape my shipping label to the box and that I had to go buy tape. this is one of those places where it seems like they actively go out of their way to not provide service

Superb service! The male postmaster who helped us was very patient and gives out chill helpful vibes.
I was afraid to visit the usps stores since they all have low rating. However, this was a good, smooth experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this USPS location. The following issues need urgent attention:
1) Frequent Delivery Errors
The delivery personnel here consistently deliver packages to the wrong addresses. This has caused significant delays and, in some cases, loss of important items as IRS and imigrante letters.
2) Rude Teller Attitude
The tellers at the counter are incredibly rude and show no respect for customers. Whenever I ask questions or try to resolve an issue, I feel as though I am being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
If these issues are not resolved, I strongly suggest replacing the entire staff with individuals who are responsible and understand the importance of customer service. If this experience continues, I will have no choice but to avoid using this USPS entirely.

Tried rescheduling a passport appointment but no one answered the phone after multiple calls. We then showed up, waited thirty minutes, and then were told after the wait that the camera was broken. Staff was not respectful of our time or communicative.

Kiosk wasn’t printing my prepaid label and when I went to the counter the lady told me they don’t print labels there and was very passive. Went back to the other Kiosk and was able to print the label there. She wasn’t very helpful

For work I have to send a lot of things return receipt. Many post office workers seem frustrated by this and limit me to sending a certain number at a time. Erik was very patient and kind. I would choose this post office over any others if Erik could be the one assisting me!

I had an appointment just for a passport photo - which was quick and easy midday on a Saturday. The representative also cut out and stapled the photo to the application and double-checked everything on my renewal application. Quick, pleasant, and helpful. Thanks!
