Yesterday I tried to mail some magnets and the cheapest to ship is $5.00. I said forget about it and the post office clerk still charged me 60¢ for the envelope that I filled out which I can't send the magnets in. He knew that and tricked me

The African-American women working there was extremely rude. Didn’t give me an envelope or tape until I asked for it, even tried to take the tape away. Acting like I owed her money when I just paid $20 online for that mail.

The staff here are very friendly. I forgot to put the birthday card in the gift package at first, so I asked if I could get another bag. The staff was very generous and immediately gave me a new one and helped me with the packaging.

Wow! Chuck was so kind and even stayed open a few minutes late to help me mail my taxes. The whole transaction was quick, easy, and pleasant. I was surprised because this was dissimilar to my experience at other post offices. Thanks Chuck!
