I needed to send some books media rate, but I haven’t sent packages through USPS in a while and was unfamiliar and unsure about the process. The woman behind the counter was incredibly patient and helped me out in correctly addressing my package and finding a way to print my pre-paid label (FYI, no printer here but if you have a QR code from Click-N-Ship they can scan it and print the label themselves). They were also managing the line efficiently on a Friday afternoon close to closing and kept everything moving. All the packages I sent arrived in one piece. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at any USPS location.
Editing to add: I came again to mail another package, and the same fantastic person helped me find the most affordable shipping option and was patient while I figured out my shipping address. I had tried to mail this same thing at FedEx the day before but couldn’t because I didn’t have my ID on me— so glad, because this was $5 cheaper for a faster and more convenient experience. I love this post office.

I try to airdrop this picture to the mail carriers whenever I see them on their route but they’re such hard workers that they’re never on their phones! They’re my dog’s hero. Five stars for that!

My package ended up at this post office, where it proceeded to be misdelivered twice before being returned to sender due to incomplete address. My address was detailed and complete. No way to get in touch with the location directly. Just a machine that doesn't allow me to ask specific questions. I ordered another package also out for delivery, that arrived on time. The difference? It was lucky enough to not make a stop at this location.

This USPS is old fashioned neighborhood friendly. They are pleasant and move at a good pace.

This is a wonderful post office! I’ve been a customer since 1969. Postal sales associates very competent, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Easily handicapped accessible. Being open onSat 8-noon helpful.
