Half the time they do not scan incomming packages so, if you need to track anything you send, forget about it. This is why we need to privatize these bloated-incompetant entities.

No respect at all. I have a bad experience at this office. I was at office around 3:30pm today 07/30/25 for passport application. One lady is working there gives me an application to fill out. I got told from her after I finished the application that no more passport applications after 4pm and today the guy is doing passport leave early. I get mad because the office supervisor hide her badge name after I asked her and she refuse to support and help me.

This is one of the very few USPS locations that is open very late (midnight) and on Sundays. Very great if you have a busy schedule. I went in at 8:00 PM and there was hardly a line.

Was there for passport services - Barry is an absolute hero. Give that man a raise!
He's extremely knowledgable, willing to go above and beyond for the folks who come in for his services, and a pleasure to work with.
Barry walked me through every step with patience and clarity, making the entire process feel easy and straightforward. He went above and beyond to make sure all my documents were in order, double-checking everything with care and offering helpful tips to avoid delays. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in doing his job well.
Thank you, Barry, for your outstanding service. USPS is lucky to have you.

The gentleman who helped me with a single question about where the suffix goes after being passed along ....thank you sir ...and s/o to the two sistas and the brotha that even though I wasn't in there line they all showed me they wanna do a good job as well these four are amazing....whoever was the around 230 until now on Jul 3 ...those four need more money ....there characters are great and need praise
