Jahn, the property manager, was extremely kind, professional, and helpful — providing a great leasing experience and some of, if not the, best customer service I have seen in any setting. Clean facility, hugely convenient location for where I live. Good promo pricing. Drive-in bay is very convenient. Jahn is really a gem and I hope management recognizes that!

A great discovery! Super convenient location near my house. I rented a smaller unit, but it was perfectly stocked for everything I needed to store, with super easy access. Excellent customer service—everyone I’ve met has been wonderful and very helpful! Highly recommend!

I am a college student and used this company to store belongings over the summer. The service was appalling - first of all, they over charged me for my unit after I had already checked out and removed my belongings. I tried calling them multiple times about this and no one picked up. Not only that but my storage unit got broken in to and multiple of my belongings got stolen. The employees had no clue how the thieves were able to get in and I have not received any updates on the police report that they filed.

Terrible place to store your stuff at they will try to overcharge you and then when you try to get ahold of the office they will give you a run around and never follow through. Very shady and scummy business practices.

The storage unit was perfect for us, we just needed to store items over the summer until my son's apartment was available in the fall. They helped us find the perfect size and the location is close, which made packing and unpacking easy. Great customer service, would highly recommend.
