I visited the boutique on Christmas Eve of 2023 and had the best experience. Coming from Vermont, I was hesitant to visit the boutique to exchange an item I bought online because of the feedback I read here. I thought of visiting a boutique in NY instead. But I took the risk as these are just comments and some might not be true at all. Based on what I experienced, everyone was helpful. Chris the receptionist accommodated me even though I didn’t have an appointment with them (I know that booking is required but I took my chance anyway and I set my expectations that I might not be assisted on the day) I’m glad they were able to squeeze me in. Chris made me feel welcome and offered me something to drink while I waited for an available representative. Jun was the salesperson/representative who assisted me. He was so nice and provided excellent customer service. Angela, who I think is the manager came in to help as well. They provided me with different options about my request for an item exchange. I recommend that anyone around the area should visit them. Everyone is helpful. And trust me, everyone is knowledgeable and well-trained. ❤️

I had the most horrendous experience today when visiting to exchange an item. The salesperson was utterly disgustingly rude toward me. I have never felt so humiliated and stereotyped in my life. When I selected the necklace I wanted to try, HE gestured for me to put it on myself. I asked him if he could put it on for me. His response was, you can’t put it on yourself? How do you put it on when you’re at home? When I brought this to the salesperson's attention, he continued to demean me until the manager stepped in, and she completely changed things around. If it weren’t for her professionalism and graciousness, I would have never considered the van Cleef brand again. This experience taught me that there are evil-spirited people wherever you go. It was not just someone having a bad day but a bad character. The experience was supposed to be magical and enjoyable but turned into a nightmare until the manager dedicated her time to overturning the space I was in due to his behavior. She was an angel sent.

Exquisite offerings and service to match: their attention to detail and making sure the experience of shopping here is without fault or slightest discomfort, this appointment custom(er) care is top level. Kudos to Sophia (and everyone else there) for making our stay so comfortable, always looked after, and making sure every aspect of sizing, adjustment, quality is EXACTLY as we wish! Highest marks!

I would give this place a ZERO! I walked in with the intention to buy myself a bracelet. We were treated poorly when we walked in and immediately judged. Our “salesperson” was Stephanie and she was anything but a salesperson. She was rude and condescending and treated us like we were not able to afford anything in the store. You cannot judge a person based on how they are dressed. I was bundled up as it was a cold day and wearing tennis shoes. She was so rude and I refuse to give my business to this store. Horrific!!!! This store should be closed if this is how it treats its customers.

Need an appointment to just walk into the store. They only had a handful of products in the store and were sold out of most. Clerks were close to useless. Not sure how they justify prices with a level of service that is worse than a fast food joint.

Worst customer experience ever. These people not only expected you to make an appointment weeks before going to the store, but also the store attendants were incredibly rude AND on top of that they didn’t have any of the products in stock. They literally told me that if I wanted to try out one of the earrings I had to buy them first because they didn’t have any in the store, or hold a pendant next to my ear (and assume it’s an earring). Highly disappointed in their service as they’re supposed to be a high end jewelry store. Not worth even trying to go there.

Sophia is the best!! She is very sweet, thoughtful, and knowledgable. I thoroughly enjoyed my every appointment with her.VCA Boston is my favorite boutique to shop at - very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is super nice and incredibly friendly. Can't wait to arrange my next visit!! :)

My boyfriend purchased a necklace during Valentine's and I was so excited when I saw it but I noticed some black marks around the ring clasp. I immediately called my local store to have them look into it. Ulysses was excellent and was able to advice. I decided to exchange it and he was so patient and helpful with all our questions.
