This is a poor way to run a business and you have no idea how many customers you lose. Also 25 mins from when? Signs just been hanging there, like has it been an hour or will you be back 5 mins from now.
P.s that sign has been there since at least 5pm and they close at 5:30. So it can’t be a break they just straight up closed early.

Just noting that this is only an independent reseller, not a full Verizon store, so you'll need to go to the one near the Prudential Center for service/repairs. The person at this location, however, was courteous and directed us to the right Verizon store location.

I drop my phone.. alot! Finally, it stopped forgiving me and the screen went a ghostly grey-white. I could still (faintly) see the screen and the phone was still functional.I phoned the Fenway store and the managing supervisor encouraged me to come by and replace the phone before the screen died. Once that happened, it wouldn't be possible to salvage my data.I did as she suggested and one hour later (and Apple's fun price tag) I had a new iPhone 15 that functioned smoothly with all of my apps.I'm terrible with names and owe this woman an apology for that. She was phenomenal. If you live anywhere near the Fenway.. go there!

I visited this Verizon Store we switched services through T-Mobile and had a very good and best experience. Inder helped us a lot in choosing the best plan ,full patient and exlain all our family question about phones She explained everything in great detail.She helped us to set up our phones, registered app she did everything for helping us.Would definitely recommend and will be returning back here.Thank you for all your help Inder!

This place is terrible. I tried dropping off a router after three return codes Verizon gave me were rejected at UPS. I then went to this store in person and they were closed early on a Monday. No sign. Doors locked. Nobody to answer the phone.

There is one person working at this location and she is just wonderful!!! The quickest and most quality service that I have ever received at a Verizon store. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!!
