What an amazing experience. To physically walk into a beautiful boutique and see, touch and try on items before purchasing. I’m slowly coming out of our Covid Bubble. So this felt a bit foreign. I have spent a total of over 2 years in Boston over the last 13 years taking my son to the hospital. Wow how Newberry Street has changed. Hitting all the higher end shops. Having to wait in line. Asking for appointments to even enter. Not to just browse but actually needing assistance. If this is the “new” shopping then please count me out. That is…until my friend and I were greeted ever so kindly by Carly Gold. Wow. Completely changed our day. She was kind, first and foremost and extremely knowledgeable about her products. She was able to pull items that she thought we would like and helped us with the fit. Carly, can you please go teach a master class to the SA’s on Newberry? Especially that first block. On how to treat people with consideration. I absolutely loved all my purchases and will definitely be returning. Renewed my faith in brick and mortar.

Poorly made clothing and even worse customer service. After returning home from my most recent trip here 3 of 4 items I purchased were falling apart - where is their quality control? When trying to remedy the situation their customer service was terrible. Spend your money elsewhere.

Walked in with my sister because she loves this store. Granted we are coming straight from the airport, so we aren’t dressed our best but the girl working said hi to everyone but us. I would like to think it wasn’t due to us being Hispanic but that was the only obvious difference other than her probably thinking we didn’t have money to spend. Would rather shop online. Save four self a trip to this store.
