Company SUCKS . You pay your premium every month , never use them but when you need them they always DROP The BALL . I guess the company is ASLEEP . Terrible company !!

This company is a total scam.... They came in to one of my customers, and replaced their perfectly good phone system with the EXACT SAME model system AVAYA IP500 + 22 phones and charged them $18,000 and said thank you very much.... Stay as far away as possible from these guys... total hacks
